Truly beautiful and spotless three bedroom, three bath villa near Seabrook beaches, Kiawah amenities, historic Charleston, great shops/restaurants and seven world-class golf courses.
Includes a brand-new kitchen that has everything you need. The breakfast bar is great not only in the morning but also as a place to have a Corona or glass of wine in the evening. There is a very spacious master bedroom with king bed and huge private bathroom (his and hers sinks). Also has pull-out sofa and flat-screen TV with DVD player/VCR. Kids will love the room with a bunkbed and trundle (sleeps up to four) and the wall-mounted panel TV with DVD player/VCR.
Unit is walking distance to pool, tennis, and across the street from the equestrian center. You can actually ride the horses on North Beach--one of the only places in the United States, I am told, where you can do this. Alternatively, just have your kids do a pony ride or buy some carrots at the nearby grocery and have fun feeding them.
Seabrook has two wonderful championship golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Willard Byrd. Also, nearby Kiawah Island offers five truly spectacular courses. Tom Fazio, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, Pete Dye and Gary Player designed their beautiful courses. The Ocean Course was recently named the site of the 2012 PGA Championship and has already hosted the Ryder Cup several times. The new Fresh Fields development is only a mile away. A gourmet grocery store, great French restaurant, and internet cafe are highlights. Also includes nice men's, women's, and kid's stores.
