'PAVILION PLACE' is a newer home in private community at the heart of Isle of Palms of Palms Pavilion. The home is in a small community of just six homes with a swimming pool, picnic area, and secluded fenced-in landscape. Just steps to the beach (1 BLOCK), and all the wonderful business activities 'downtown' IOP has to offer. Walk to restaurants, shops and the Windjammer. The home features oak floors in the common areas, carpeted bedrooms, tile bathrooms, and granite counter-tops in the kitchen. The whole family can gather and enjoy the open floor plan downstairs. The living room has plenty of seats on the cozy leather sofas. In addition to the dining room table there are two bar stool areas for extra dining seats. Each bedroom has direct bathroom access (except room with day bed) and ample closet space. Each bedroom has a TV. Front porch with rocking chairs to relax and take in the breeze. Large community pool is located right behind home. (Pool is shared by 5 other homes - it is fenced in) Can sleep up to 16 with sleeper sofa in downstairs bedroom with queen.

Our family of 10 stayed here for my daughter's weddding in Isle of Palms on 11.11.11. It was perfect! Everyone had comfortable bedrooms and plenty of room to relax. Very convenient location. Just a quick walk across the street to the beach, shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We loved staying at this house. We had a group of 15 friends come to SC for a great friend's wedding. The house was a perfect fit for everyone and it made our weekend even more memorable. Not only were we very comfortable, but we were actually surprised by house nice the house was and at how "at home" we felt. I would highly recommend the house to anyone interested in an Isle of Palms rental.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
