  This was the most amazing house. We had family from South Carolina and California all together. 4 adults and 5 children. We wanted to stay together and this was the answer. What a wonderful house. It had everything. The most comfortable furnishings and beautiful decor. The property managers were the best. When we needed anything they were right there and very helpful. This house was so close to Disney that we actually enjoyed driving our own cars instead of staying in the park and taking their transportation. The game room and the pool were the favorites for the kids. The grown ups too. I will definently stay here again. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and nice. Thanks again for an amazing vacation.

  We had a lovely family reunion, with 12 family members, at the Emerald Crown Villa in Oct. 2010. The house was very enjoyable and numerous small problems were pleasantly corrected by the property mananger, and the rest would have been completely forgiven, as we were really having such a marvelous time. What I cannot forgive is that after numerous e-mails, and several phone calls, I still have not received the refund of my completely refundable security deposit. This is now 12 weeks since we have checked out, and I am still waiting. I have rented many properties through VRBO in the past, and have never experienced anything like this before.

  To Dr Khelifa Just to let you know that we arrived safely after a slight delay at Gatwick. We are more than impessed with the villa it certainly has the wow factor and it make all of the hassle with Emily seem well worth it. We will be off to Cypress gardens shortly but iy you want to ring us as you said yesterday then by all means ring later. A very big thank you for the card and chocolates. The biggest compliment is that my mother in law said she would not be coming back before we came here but now she wants too ............ Many Thanks Ian.

  Abdel, Thanks for the email, and I had intended to give you some feedback as well. The Villa was perfect for us, and was very child friendly, which was a huge comfort with the 3 small children that were running around. It was well furnished and comfortable, and had all amenities that were advertised. Also, your communication and flexibilty was superb, which was very comforting in the run up to our stay. It's our nature to take care of someone elses property, and it infuriates me when people don't care about someone elses property because they are only renting it. If we find ourselves in Orlando again, we would certainly contact you, and I would be happy to recommend your villa to anyone else as well. Regards, Matthew

We could not have asked for anything more. you have done a great job in furnishing this home. Everyone had a great time.
