Welcome to Emerald Crown Villa! A newly built luxurious six bedrooms, five and a half bath Villa with a south pointing private heated pool/spa located in the highly prestigious gated resort of Emerald Island, just two miles from Walt Disney World.
This resort will pleasantly surprise you in more ways than one, particularly with its palm fringed access road, ornate Dolphin Fountains and extremely well thought out landscaping.
The Villa has been professionally decorated to a very high standard and provide ample accommodation for up to 14 guests. The Villa boasts four Master Bedroom suites each with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
The bathrooms have marble vanity basins (two in the ground floor Master), bath/showers and toilets with the ground floor Master bedroom providing a corner bath complete with bubble jets.
There are two additional Disney themed twin bedrooms which have been decorated with the young generation in mind offering among other things a PlayStation and Xbox game consoles. Each room has its own private cable TV and DVD player. All rooms feature clock/radio, ceiling fans, and either walk-in closets or wardrobes providing ample storage.
The architecture of the Villa with its open concept of living arrangement provides impressive accommodation and space in an open way and is fully air-conditioned throughout.
Upon entry through the main doorway you will be presented with a large tiled hallway that leads to a well appointed living and dining room running almost the length of the house. Juxtaposing the dining room is a fully equipped modern kitchen with an extended island that doubles as a breakfast nook.
Next to the kitchen is a very spacious family room that has a high vaulted ceiling and offers the ideal place for the family to gather and enjoy either the large High Definition TV screen or a top of the range Theatre Surround System. All areas on the ground floor have a ceiling fan.
The family room, the breakfast nook area and the ground Master Bedroom all provide sliding doors that lead directly to the back of the house where a lavishly specified extended deck offers the possibility to relax by sunbathing under the Floridian sun, taking a few dips in the 30x15 feet pool, being massaged by a continuous stream of bubbles in the hot spa, enjoying the shade under a fan cooled Lanai (Porch) measuring no less than 10x40 feet, or enjoying a family meal or barbeque on the very large deck.
All in all, the ideal place to relax particularly after those long days at the parks. Even small details like external hot/cold showers on the deck or wall fixed speakers, have not been overlooked to enhance the experience in what will undoubtedly be the highlight of the stay in the Villa.
The house hot water system has been upgraded to offer a capacity in excess of 60 gallons of readily available hot water. For the peace of mind for families with young children a security fence limits the access to the pool.
To cap all of this luxury, a fully air-conditioned and equipped games room is at your disposal. It provides a pool table, a football table, air-hockey table and a darts board to add to your entertainment within this beautifully equipped Villa.
The villa will be closed in February 2006.

This was the most amazing house. We had family from South Carolina and California all together. 4 adults and 5 children. We wanted to stay together and this was the answer. What a wonderful house. It had everything. The most comfortable furnishings and beautiful decor. The property managers were the best. When we needed anything they were right there and very helpful. This house was so close to Disney that we actually enjoyed driving our own cars instead of staying in the park and taking their transportation. The game room and the pool were the favorites for the kids. The grown ups too. I will definently stay here again. The owners were wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and nice. Thanks again for an amazing vacation.

We had a lovely family reunion, with 12 family members, at the Emerald Crown Villa in Oct. 2010. The house was very enjoyable and numerous small problems were pleasantly corrected by the property mananger, and the rest would have been completely forgiven, as we were really having such a marvelous time. What I cannot forgive is that after numerous e-mails, and several phone calls, I still have not received the refund of my completely refundable security deposit. This is now 12 weeks since we have checked out, and I am still waiting. I have rented many properties through VRBO in the past, and have never experienced anything like this before.

To Dr Khelifa Just to let you know that we arrived safely after a slight delay at Gatwick. We are more than impessed with the villa it certainly has the wow factor and it make all of the hassle with Emily seem well worth it. We will be off to Cypress gardens shortly but iy you want to ring us as you said yesterday then by all means ring later. A very big thank you for the card and chocolates. The biggest compliment is that my mother in law said she would not be coming back before we came here but now she wants too ............ Many Thanks Ian.

Abdel, Thanks for the email, and I had intended to give you some feedback as well. The Villa was perfect for us, and was very child friendly, which was a huge comfort with the 3 small children that were running around. It was well furnished and comfortable, and had all amenities that were advertised. Also, your communication and flexibilty was superb, which was very comforting in the run up to our stay. It's our nature to take care of someone elses property, and it infuriates me when people don't care about someone elses property because they are only renting it. If we find ourselves in Orlando again, we would certainly contact you, and I would be happy to recommend your villa to anyone else as well. Regards, Matthew
