This contemporary waterfront property overlooks the northwest end of Saratoga Lake in Saratoga Springs. The property is perfect for single or multiple families, as there is an upper level with three bedrooms and two baths, laundry and a Lake Level Suite with its own entrance, bedroom, bath, kitchen and laundry.. Use as one whole house, but enjoy the privacy that this provides. House is beautifully decorated with high quality furniture.
Views of the Lake are spectacular through the massive front windows. Sit on the deck in the day and enjoy the sun. Sit on the deck at night and enjoy the moon dancing over the water. Enjoy the screened in porch with gentle breezes off the water. Enjoy refreshments on the Lake level patio or on the dock or beach. Pull out the kayaks and go for a paddle. Rent a boat from one of two nearby marinas or bring your own. Sit back and relax - it is heaven!
A dock and beach are available to the renter, as well as a beautiful green lawn. There are no hills or roads to navigate. Landscaping is superb with cut flowers and hanging baskets.

We love looking out over the water - frozen or not, seeing the moon dance over the lake on a starry night and the birds and other wildlife the make us smile. Saratoga Lake is a special location. Unlike other lakes, there is close proximity to everything - shopping, Albany attractions, Lake George and of course the Race Track and SPAC.

This home is laid out so that multiple famies can have privacy while at the same time enjoying all the common areas of the house. The wall to wall windows facing the lake are a constant reminder that you are on vacation. The relatively flat and spacious yard leading down to the water is perfect for outdoor gatherings; the beach is great for kids and the use of the kyaks enables people to explore the Lake. Michael and I love Saratoga and eagerly look forward to sharing our home on the water with visitors from all over. We've rented for 11 years now and have made many friends and have many returning families. This is our own home for nine months of the year. We move to a cabin across the street and are easily available to provide special services for our tenants. We offer at least one boat ride during your stay.

This lovely house is accurately described and posseses many amenitites including a beautiful views. Owners were very gracious & provided a boat tour of the lake. In addition to being a beautiful place to stay, the house is conveniently located within a short drive of the racetrack, the Performing Arts Center & the town. I doubt anyone would be disappointed if they stayed here.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Dear Marilyn and Michael, Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with us this week. Every question we had was addressed immediately both prior to our stay and even during our stay. Your home is beautifully and comfortably decorated, I actually took notes for our home! The hot tub was a blast for us as well. The home slept 5 adults and 3 children comfortably. Our son got married 10/10/10 in Saratoga Springs. My husband and I rented this house for our family members that attended the wedding. The house is beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much. The view of the lake was wonderful. My son's really enjoyed Kayaking. The house is very roomy and comfortable it was a home away from home!

The house was beautiful and very spacious, but the owner was rude to us when we left. The first thing she said to us when we were leaving the house was ,"What did you damage?". She also made a big deal about two beds not being completely made, which I thought was strange.
Owner response:Michael and I put a high priority on customer service with our tenants as noted in other reviews. With this group we provided a boat ride and assistance with extra parking. References from many returning tenants are available upon request.

I would highly reccomend this house for your summer vacation. We,my family and friends, have been going to Saratoga for the past 20 years and found this house last year. We knew we wanted to rebook for this year before we even left. The lakeside view is mesmerizing, whether from the deck, screen porch or living room. We all enjoyed the fishing, kayaking and relaxing right in the huge back yard. The interior of the home allows for privacy with the master bedroom and lake level area separate from the main living space. The house was very clean, the linens were of very good quality,and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for preparing meals. The house is a short ride to town and even shorter to the racetrack. As I write this I am getting even more excited for our 2nd vacation at the "Lakehouse". Myself and a group of friends have been renting in the Saratoga area for a number of years, and finding Marilyn's house was a big plus. The house is very conveniently located, close to town, the track, SPAC, and access to the Northway, and of course the beautiful lake in the backyard.But more importantly, it is a wonderful house. Marilyn and her husband Michael are delightful, and the house reflects that. It is decorated tastefully, warm and inviting, and whatever you may need is provided. The inside, as well as the outside, the dock area, and small beach are immaculate. I just cannot say enough good things about this house, and cannot imagine anyone not enjoying it as much as I have. It is truly a find. I do not think that anyone staying here will be at all disappointed, and am confident that you will find your stay to be memorable. The only problem is waiting a year to return!!!!
