Perfect for extended families and other groups! Share your vacation together in this large rental unit consisting of two adjoined first floor condominium retreats which will accommodate the needs and wants of everyone in a large group!
Friends and family are able to feel connected while comfortably separate with their own space. Our amenities accommodate and pamper all ages including: a CD system wired for three rooms, games for kids, booster seat, high chair, beach equipment, books, relaxing sun rooms and cable televisions with DVD/VCR.
The porches are furnished and outfitted with electric grills. Both portions of this rental unit include large capacity washers and dryers, and fully equipped kitchens with large dining room tables and plenty of chairs to seat a crowd!
From May to September the units are rented together only. At other times of the year we are able to cordon off half of the unit for rental to a smaller party, call for rates.
Beaches anyone? We are between both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Lewes provides both bay and ocean beaches making it an ideal vacation site for those who love the water. If you want a quiet Bay experience, Lewes Beach is three miles away. Lewes also offers chartered fishing experiences and a boat ramp.
If you are looking for boardwalk entertainment, Rehoboth’s boardwalk is five miles away. Excellent proximity to restaurants in both Lewes and Rehoboth.

This condo is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. It was such a luxury to stay here even with a large group of friends and family. The owners have thought of everything; they have games, movies, and more to keep you entertained. It was extremely convenient to have linens supplied and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed being so close to Cape Henlopen beach, the go karts, and the Rehoboth Boardwalk. We plan on making this a yearly vacation!

This is the second Christmas that my family has spent at this property and it is absolutely wonderful. The condos are clean, spacious, and in a great location. But best of all, the owners have thought of everything. There are many, many games, movies, and toys. Lots of extra blankets, every kitchen gadget, every appliance. They've thought of everything. It's just a great place to visit.

We had a large family reunion/Christmas celebration last week and this place is absolutely wonderful. There is plenty of room, lots of sleeping and eating area. As others said, there are no details missing. Everything from extra linens and towels to every kitchen gadget you'll need, games, DVD's, etc is there. I highly recommend this condo if you are staying in the Lewes area. It's wonderful. Thank you, Gail! You rock!

We had a great time. Everything needed to make for a good family get-together experience was there. The biggest plus was the fact that all the necessary equipment was in the condo! We had taken some "pans" and it was not necessary because EVERYTHING was there!!! DAvid

We had a large family group-12 adults and 6 children. Everyone had a bed to sleep in! There was plenty of room for eating, cooking, relaxing, and sleeping. The big center door was an added asset as we could close off one section so that the younger children could sleep while the older folks could stay up talking. We couldn't believe how well equipped this house was!! Absolutely NOTHING was missing. We will definitely stay again!

These condos are just as pictured--beautiful furniture, great layout for family reunions or large groups, with EVERYTHING included. The kitchen is better equipped than mine at home. There is a huge collection of books, DVDs and videos, and games for all ages. The condos and all the contents are spotless and impeccably maintained. The atmosphere feels quiet, calm, and relaxing, which is hard to capture on a website! It's an easy walk to the Ann Taylor Outlet ,Jake's seafood and other restaurants, and movies. To you cyclists--you can walk to the Wawa, then cross Rt. 1 at the light. It's an easy ride to Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park, and the Lewes-Rehoboth trail. So convenient! I would certainly recommend these condos to everyone, and I do so frequently.

I had almost given up hope of finding a place that would meet all our requirements but this is definitely the one. We are a group of 13 that includes 3 children under 4 and we found this to be spacious with space for all. We made great use of the pool that is right out the front door. All amenities were thoughtfully provided. Highly recommended.

Our extended family has enjoyed making use of this beautiful vacation home on a number of occasions. The convenient and centralized location between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware make it an ideal vacation destination for beach goers and shoppers alike. Our family has especially enjoyed the home during excursions to the annual Rehoboth Beach Film Festival in November. (check out the website.) The generous living space and comfortable sleeping quarters make the home a great place to dash back to for "hanging out" and "chowing down" between round the clock film viewing. One of our favorite family gathering places...
