We knew that an investment in the small town of Aspen would grow to be very valuable. In ten years it has tripled. Plus this is the health capital of the United States
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
All of the owners of the near-by condos are friendly and active. The Catholic Church is across the street. Ten restaurants are within 4 blocks as well as the gondola. There are Wine Festivals, Film Festivals, Jazz Festivals, Music Festivals, Learning and Study Institutes, etc., etc.,etc.

Julie and I moved to Aspen in 1998 in order to snow ski, water ski, and play tennis.
we like the area so well that we purchased a second property, even though investments are so expensive in Aspen, where we now live. Our initial condo is now our premium rental property.
