Welcome to my unit that overlooks the crystal blue and green waters with sugar white sand of Panama City Beach, Florida. My unit is a beautifully decorated condominium on the 22nd floor located in the delightful and entertaining Sunrise Beach Condominiums.
It has all the luxuries of home for you and games, books, and materials to keep the children busy while you are relaxing. For your convenience I have beach toys for adults and kids, a fold up playpen/crib, 2 booster chairs/highchairs, a potty chair, beach chairs and umbrella for adults and kids. It also has three beautifully decorated bedrooms which includes King-size bed in Master, Queen-size in Guest, a Bunk & extra twin mattress in the third, plus chaise lounge/twin bed.
The relaxing view from your private balcony will overlook the crystal clear ocean and white sands, the two pools, two hot tubs and also a children's water play area. Sunrise Condominiums also have a barbecue area with gas grills, exercise facility, club house room, theatre area. It is located just 1 mile from the newly built Pier Park with movie theater, restaurants, and many unique shops for your convenience. It is also unique because parking is under the condo and only steps to the elevators.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
Duh!! as my kids would say. Panama City Beach is one of the prettiest beaches in the world!! Other selling points were I loved the look of the outside of the building, parking under the building was a big plus (You can go right up on the elevators instead of walking clear across the street to get to the unit), and the unit overlooks the beautiful crystal water and white sandy beach. What more would a person want to have to enjoy a restful and relaxing vacation with their family? Nothing, it is all here!!
The Unique Benefits at this Beachfront Condominium
Every morning you can step outside on the balcony and enjoy breakfast, reading a book, talking to friends and family, or just sit in the swing and look at the beautiful water, fish swimming, birds flying by, and people enjoying the beach. In minutes you can be working out in our well-equipped workout room and then swim in either of the swimming pools, hot tubs or take a long leisurely walk down the beach. You will love to shop down the street at Pier Park which includes unique shops, restaurants, movie theater and a lot more. There is so many places and things to do just minutes from my unit.
Many unique shops plus Dillards, J.C.Penneys, Target, Restaurants, Movie Theater.
Right next to Sunrise Beach you can go parasailing and do other water activities.
Playground equipment, tennis courts, ball fields. This is where different sport tournments take place every year. 1.5 miles from Sunrise Beach Condos.
