Our spacious 1700 square foot 'Blue Dolphin Villa" offers nine-foot ceilings and comfortably sleeps 12 in four bedrooms, each with their private bath. The villa is decorated with custom draperies and comfy beach ambiance.
This location offers beautiful beaches and access to the Islander Resort Beach Club with its ocean front pool, hot tub, Tiki Bar and Isles Restaurant. Enjoy light appetizers to full meals while sitting on the ocean-side pool deck listening to relaxing beach music.
Comfort is a priority so each bedroom is furnished with top-of-the-line mattresses and well furnished with plenty of storage space. The master suite features a king-size bed, TV and elegant antique furniture. The master bathroom has an over-sized ceramic-tiled whirlpool tub with shower. A second bedroom, decorated in a palm-tree motif, has a queen-size bed, its own microwave and TV. A third bedroom has two full-sized beds and is beautifully decorated in a cape-cod theme with white wicker furniture. The kid- friendly nautical fourth bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, a TV, and Sony Play Station System to keep the kids well-entertained.
The fully-equiped kitchen has seating for 12 adults. The family room has plenty of seating area with a couch, love seat, and an over-sized chair. A 32" TV with a combined DVD/VCR and a Radio/CD Player are included for your relaxation.
The deck has outdoor seating for six with a custom built picnic table. Deck views include a lagoon and the Inter-Coastal Waterway to the west. Deck entertainment includes an abundance of turtles swimming in the lagoon.
The villa is situated the closest to the public beach access walkway and a short walk to the beach. Adjacent to the villa is a large open space area while families can play volleyball, soccer, or other outdoor games.
The Villa is a short drive between Mytrle Beach, SC and historic Wilmington, NC. Attractions located in Myrtle Beach offer The Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach and an outdoor waterpark. Wilmington offers tours of The USS North Carolina Battleship Memorial and a quaint historic district with shops and fine dining.

We had three families totaling eleven people. The condo was very accomodable for all of us during our stay. Four teenager's shared the bunkbed room, and each of the three married couples had their own room's. We especially liked the private bathrooms for each bedroom. The kitchen was set up fantastic we ate all breakfast's and most lunches at the condo. The dishwasher and laundry room extra's were greatly appreciated and came in quite nicely. The location of the villa to the beach and the pool was a short walk to some memorable times:) Driving off the isle was convient to various restaurants, stores, and entertainment. It was my families first trip to OIB and will not be our last!! Hopefully we will be able to rent the same villa in our return trip's to OIB. Thank's for a wonderful time of relaxtion and a very family oriented area of paradise!!

We want to come back!! Just returned from a fabulous week at OIB. This was our first vist to OIB as a family. "Our" condo was perfect! I used the term "our" because Stan and Jolene truly made us feel like it was "our home" for the week! They have taken such great care to equip this lovely home with every ammenity, assuring a perfect vacation! The decor was thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. Loved, loved , loved the porch swings and lagoon view from the back deck. Thank you Stan and Jolene! Can't wait to book again!!

We just had a wonderful time at OIB, and at this villa. The villa was beautiful, very clean, and very comfortable. "Home away from home"!! Having access to both the beach and the pool at the club house was perfect for everyone! We will return again!

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. We comfortably fit 4 Adults, 2 Teenagers and 3 kids here with room to spare, and without being ontop of each other. The large deck out back overlooking the turtle lagoon made for very relaxing evenings. And we loved the hammock chairs! It is a short walk to the beautiful beach.Thanks to Stan and Jolene's hopitality and beautiful house we had the perfect beach vaction. We will definately be back!

This villa was perfect for our extended family vacation. We had enough room to be together, but also enough room to have our privacy. The board games, puzzles, and Play Station games were a nice touch. The beach was a short walk away. We strongly recommend!

Our family immediately felt at home in this Villa. We spent the week relaxing and enjoying the wonderful sandy beaches. Every amenity that we needed was provided. Our children especially enjoyed the games, ect. that were thoughtfully left for guests. We hope to return in the future.
