Enjoy our lovely Villa directly on the Mediterranean Sea in the city of El Campello. El Campello is the resort sister city to Alicante, Spain where you would fly into. You can walk across the street to the beautiful MuchaVista Beach to swim and enjoy the view of the beach, the sea and a backdrop of spectacular mountains.
The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a small ½ bath on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have king/queen-size beds and one room has a single (can be easily turned into a double). The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. There is a loft on the 3rd floor that can sleep one or two additional singles. The main floor has a full kitchen with eating area, living room and dining room. The Villa is part of a 38-unit gated community, which also has a private swimming pool, children's pool and common outdoor barbecue area. A private garage is also included which is a very rare commodity on the beach in El Campello.
A local train/tram can be taken one block from our Villa and it runs every 30 minutes. The train is a very convenient way to visit several nearby historic towns and enjoy lovely local shopping areas. If you prefer to stay in the local area there are dozens of wonderful restaurants and activities within walking distance or a 5 minute drive.

Great place for a family to relax and enjoy Costa Blanca and area. Great location with an amazing ocean view. You can hear the waves! Spacious (3 bedroom and loft- pictures accurately reflect this property), clean, well stocked, all amenities (large kitchen and dining, laundry,internet, pool). Close to beach, restaurants, grocery, bank, tram to downtown El Campello, Alicante, Benidorm and other locations. Thank you for sharing you home with us! It was wonderful.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family of four stayed at this villa last summer and it was perfect for us. My two daughters, ages 10 and 13, were able to practice their Spanish easily with others in the townhome complex and in the village. Everyone is very friendly and it was a very safe, fun environment. We loved the house, the pool in the complex, and the free wi-fi. The market next door is great for bread, cheese, coffee, and other essentials. Many wonderful restaurants are within walking distance, and the evening paseo is wonderful with the cool ocean breeze. The boardwalk along the beach area is also great for jogging. We took day trips into the historic towns nearby and had a wonderful time! You absolutely do not need a car (as the local tram runs right in front of the villa), but if you have one, a parking spot is provided! The villa includes many useful amenities, is in great condition, and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. We liked it so much that we are returning this summer. We flew into Barcelona last year, but plan to fly into Madrid this summer.

I loved my stay here! The owners are very nice and easy to work with! The residence itself is not close to Alicante by foot, but is VERY close to the tram. The tram is cheap and easy to use for getting in and out of the city; it takes about fifteen minutes to get to the center of town by tram. This distance location also allows for wonderful peace and quiet! Nothing like waking up in the morning, eating breakfast on the beach (deserted in mid-March, when I went!), and taking in the beautiful surroundings! The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed and more (there's a faucet that delivers pure drinking water as well as a normal faucet! So, no bottled water needed!). I'd highly recommend staying here during the beach season because I'd imagine there is more available in the area, but --for me-- I would return at any time of year!
