What Makes Our Condo Special?
We chose our 8th floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1500-square foot luxury condominium specifically as our home away from home. Our vantage takes us above the palm trees for completely unobstructed views of gardens, pools, beach and ocean, as far as Punta Mita. From our balcony, we enjoy truly breathtaking, year-round multi-hued sunsets without the heat and intensity of a beachfront unit.
Truly a great combination of verdant gardens and turquoise ocean. We have furnished our home entirely in rattan -- a light, airy, tropical style. The living and dining rooms are tastefully appointed in warm shades of terra cotta with images of palms and bamboo.
Each bedroom and bathroom is playfully decorated in soothing shades of ocean blue with images of sea life. Our enormous granite-countered kitchen has all the tools you’ll need to prepare that special meal. We think you’ll appreciate why we consider our unit to be ideal!
Personalized Service for Our Guests
We want your stay to be memorable and comfortable. Our local representative will meet you at Playa Royale Tower #2. She will introduce you to our building manager, provide you with keys, and familiarize you with Playa Royale.
At the end of your visit, she will efficiently walk through the condo with you, pick up the keys and request your suggestions, so we can continuously improve the experience of future visitors. Our goal... returning guests who enjoy our home like we do!

Booking requires 50% deposit (non-refundable 60 days prior to check-in).
Balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Check-in 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
$500 security/damage deposit (refundable after cleaning and inventory review).
