The entire interior of the cottage is new- including tile floors, appliances, cabinetry, and furniture.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a king-size bed in the master and 2 twins in the second bedroom. The livingroom converts to a 3rd sleeping area with the use of a queen-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a private bath with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. The kitchen has all new cabinetry with Silestone countertops and is fully equipped. There is a utility room with a washer and drier.
The beach cottages are privately owned and are located within South Seas Resort, complete with newly renovated tennis courts and swimming pools. This Captiva Island getaway affords you the luxury of shelling on the white sand beaches, enjoying incredible sunsets, dining at one of Captivas many and varied restaurants, shopping, golfing, biking, watersports.
