2008 IMPROVEMENTS: New CARPET thoughout installed April. New 37" FLAT SCREEN TV in family room and now a TV in the bedroom. New beautiful SOFA SLEEPER. New DINING TABLE and chairs. We added a LANAI FAN and are the only ground floor unit in our complex that rents with one. This adds hours per day and night that are comfortable on the lanai. We also vented our washer/dryer unit to outside. Major feature! Less heating of your condo and NO SPENDING PART OF YOUR VACATION WATCHING YOUR CLOTHES IN A COMMUNITY FACILITY.
