Within the exclusive Beaver Village Condominiums, our condo is centrally located between the Winter Park Town and the Ski Resort!
Our condo property is the closest in-town condos to the Winter Park Ski Area. A free bus takes you from right in front of the condo to the base lifts in just six minutes. The condo facility is in a beautifully wooded area, with a lovely indoor pool and three adjacent hot tubs located within walking distance at the Clubhouse. Our vaulted ceiling condo is on the top floor (third level), and affords great views of the Continental Divide off the back deck.
Our condo is fully-equipped and sleeps from eight to ten people. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bath, sleeps two. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and sleeps two. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with one twin on top, queen lower, and a trundle bed also - sleeps four. A second bath is located off the main hallway adjacent to the second and third bedrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a queen-size fold out couch in the living room in front of the fireplace, sleeps two. The kitchen has brand new hickory cabinets and granite counter-tops. There are two fireplaces, a new automatic gas unit in the living room, and a wood-burning fireplace in the master bedroom. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.
Our rates are 25 to 35 percent below commercial rates. We maintain our condo in immaculate condition, since we live in the Denver area and visit there often. As our second home, our condo is very warm and comfortable, and we look forward to extending our hospitality to our guests. Our condo has been very popular and we host many return guests each year. Monthly summer and fall rentals are also available, if interested. |
