We offer a unique service to familiarize you with the resort. Our local bi- and tri-lingual customer service assistants are hired and trained to meet our guests and familiarize them with the condominium, the building and the resort's facilities. They will meet you shortly after your arrival and make sure you get settled and know how to register for credit/charging privileges (resort does not take money at its restaurants and facilities) and obtain your temporary country club membership passes to enjoy the resort's special features mentioned above, if you pay the $75 family fee. To ensure you get your damage deposit back, they will review the home's inventory list at check-in and check-out and answer any questions you have during your stay.

The Millers'place at Paradise Village is terrific. My family of seven stayed for a week in December 2005. We all slept comfortably. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo using items purchased from the local market. The highlights of our trip were the jungle four-wheeler tour, the beach (a stone's throw from condo), Paradise Village resort a short walk to the south along the beach, a variety of pools and hot tubs, great weather 85 degrees, Mexican restaurant at mall, cable TV, DVD movies, Internet access, and a very clean/new condo dwelling. The resort and grounds are the best we have had in Mexico - high end resort quality without the crowds. The staff (yours and theirs) were all friendly and helpful.
