We offer a unique service to familiarize you with the resort. Our local bi- and tri-lingual customer service assistants are hired and trained to meet our guests and familiarize them with the condominium, the building and the resort's facilities. They will meet you shortly after your arrival and make sure you get settled and know how to register for credit/charging privileges (resort does not take money at its restaurants and facilities) and obtain your temporary country club membership passes to enjoy the resort's special features mentioned above, if you pay the $75 family fee. To ensure you get your damage deposit back, they will review the home's inventory list at check-in and check-out and answer any questions you have during your stay. |
