Nestling high on a hillside amongst the olive groves above the village of Nissaki, Villa Ilios enjoys the most stunning views across the coastline, sea and onward to Albania on the far side of the Corfu Channel. The Villa is set over two levels. The main ground floor comprises an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, off which are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a shower room. A marble staircase at one end of the living area takes you down to the lower ground floor. On this floor is a third bedroom, furnished with twin beds and benefiting from an en suite bathroom.
All three bedrooms enjoy air conditioning which is available at no extra cost. The open plan living space stretches the width of the villa. At one end is a comfortably furnished lounge. It enjoys plenty of light from the large picture window and a further frosted glass window that overlooks the staircase at the far end of the room.
An extra bed can be provided (free of charge) to accommodate a 7th guest.
