A new five bedroom, four and-a-half bath, two-story beach house built in 2006. This house has two master suites with elegant master baths.
A gourmet kitchen with six-burner, stainless Viking stove, a Sub-zero refrigerator, and granite counter tops. Two family rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The upstairs family room has a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
There is a large-screen TV for your theatre viewing enjoyment. There is a South Carolina room with beautiful wicker furniture. This room over looks the canal and beautiful palm trees. This room leads to a back-screened porch and on the other side of the room a sun deck can be accessed.
Currently the beds are as follows; Master BR 1 on 1st floor has a king bed. There is a day bed in the attached anteroom.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living area
This house is beautifully situated to the beach and other island activities. The house is decorated with new furniture in a beach house theme. A golf cart will be provided for your convenience. A floor plan can be viewed. This house can easily accommodate several families.
If interested travel insurance and insurance in lieu of a damage deposit is available.

Our family has stayed at this house five times. You cannot ask for a better home away from home. The location is great--close to the club, across the street from the beach and on the canal with a great dock. The layout is perfect with lots of room in the common areas and great placement of the bathrooms. Furnishings--great! Golf cart-included! Kitchen--gourmet! Owners--super to deal with and very responsive to any questions or needs. Cannot say enough about this house. And, if you ask me, Fripp Island is heaven on earth!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a great stay at 383 Tarpon this Christmas! The house was everything it was advertised to be and more....! Great house, great location! We will definitely be coming back!!
