Kelly and Ari...what a restful and peaceful time we had at your fabulous home. Great getaway for large families and for those who simply want to enjoy the beach. Everything in your home was so very well appointed. We dined out, watched the sunrise and sunsets from the great decks..We even took the ferry to Southport which was just delightful. This was our first time to Carolina Beach and we'll definitely be back!! Keith and Mary, St Augustine, FL

This property was all it was described as at the website and MORE ! It was in spotless condition and decorated so tastefully and felt like home.The owner responded graciously whenever we had questions or difficulties. This location and the views are amazing,you are at the beach ,but within miles of groceries, resturants,the aquarium. We really did not have to leave the property though ,because our family stayed in the pool ! We are all ready to return next year. Thank you Avi and Kelly for making our's a holiday to remember.

My family just use this property the last week in July 2011.. The best thing other than the house itself was having an outdoor shower and pool after several hours at the Beach.. Most Houses along this area and close to the beach do not have pools.. The House was quite nicely furnished and very comfortable. My family wants to go back next August for another vacation

Wonderful family reunion

Kelly, this is just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our week in your home at Carolina Beach. The house was perfect for our 3 generations. We all loved the kitchen, the balconies, the pool and well... just about everything. I wish my own kitchen was so well equipped. I was glad to meet Avi when he came so quickly to make sure the air conditioning was working. Our pregnant daughter-in-law considered him to be a "hero". It was so clear that you and he care for this home with great love and consideration for your guests. All in all there was something for everyone! Thanks for making such a lovely place available. There is already talk of "doing this again" next year.

Perfect family vacation

This home is an excellent place to spend your family vacation. It has all the amenities you would ever need and Avi and Kelly are attentive to anything that may arise! We have stayed here for two years in a row and truly enjoyed a relaxing time. The pictures don't do this place justice - it's a gorgeous home. The ferry boat to Southport is only a few miles away and we'd highly recommend dining at Freddie's in Kure Beach. It's worth the wait! We hope to come back next year. We give it an A++++!

What an absolutely wonderful time we had with our family (15 of us) at your beaultiful beach house. Every day brought sunshine and blue skies although temperatures were a little hot!. The pool was an added bonus and the floating devices made for such fun for the grandkids. Everything was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. Some of the grandkids had never been to the ocean before and thoroughly enjoyed looking for sea shells, boogie boarding, building in the sand, etc. Thanks for a memorable 50th wedding anniversary celebration!

This home was the perfect vacation for our family. The elevator made it much easier to move all of the stuff in and out of the home as there are a lot of stairs and has 3 levels. The home was comfortable and appeared to be new with all of the convenience of home. The beds were very comfortable not the usual hotel bed. This home had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beach was just a walk across the street. The pool was enjoyed by all and the perfect addition for us. We have 7 small grandchildren and as they napped the moms could sit by the pool. The amenities were plentiful and to numerous to name. We would without a doubt love to stay here again in the future. After searching for days on the internet and finding this home it was a wonderful choice. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful house with beautiful views. VERY clean. Just a few feet from the beach (and no stairs to the beach... great to bring your stoller or wagon!) The heated pool was the best! Thanks so much!

We rented both sides for our son's wedding in August '07. It was wonderful with plenty of room for our family and the elevator was wonderful for our elderly parents and disabled daughter. Avi and Kelly were wonderful hosts.

We rented both sides of the house and thoroughly enjoyed it. We heated the pool to go swimming and even had the opportunity to swim in the ocean (in late October!!). We will definitely rent the property again. The master suite bathrooms were fantastic. We loved the decor. Thanks you Kelly!

This was without a doubt the nicest vacation rental we have stayed in. I would highly recommend it for several reasons. Location, Location, Location!!! The views are spectacular. Having six balconies to gaze from was heaven. The beach is onlya 45 second walk! Beware of the strong riptides. The layout worked for all of us. Plenty of privacy and space. Bring hangers. The decor was upscale and comfortable. The pictures show the wall color to be a little brighter than it really is. The deck off the living room was a great morning spot to gather for coffee and breakfast. The appliances were all top grade. It was great to have a seperate floor for the kids to be on. The elevator was a huge plus for luggage and the 70 and up crowd. The pool was refreshing and large enough for everyone to hang out in. The grill by the pool was awesome. Kelly and Avi were extremely helpful in meeting all of our needs. We will not be back only because we like to select a new place each year but we are passing on that we found a place in Carolina beach that makes you feel like your in heaven!!! Don't wait to book! What a perfect beach house! Not only did we have the beautiful ocean but also the incredible views of the sound with its peaceful sunsets! The furnishings are absolutely elegant; this home is stocked with everything we needed and more! We'll be back again next year if not before!

One of the best homes and location I have found for the money. Beach access is literally right across the street and the ocean and harbor views are excellent. If you go with others, get there first and grab the master suite. Ocean view and a fantastic bathroom. Separate shower and whirlpool and quality finished, as is the entire house. Avi and Kelly did not skimp on spending money. Quality is the operative word. You feel at home. We were one of the first renters and Avi came by several to insure that everything was working properly and to see if there was anything we needed. Excellent owners of a first class home.

The beach house was wonderful! I rented the house for a weekend with my mom and my bridesmaids prior to my wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was large and well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and the pool was a nice bonus. Also,the elevator came in handy and everything was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed ourselves and I would definitely return. Thanks so much.

We had a wonderful visit. The townhouse is beautiful. The owners are responsive to tenants' needs and very friendly. Our girls want to go back next year to enjoy the pool as well as the beach. The view of the canal is amazing, and the walk to the beach is much closer than some oceanfront condos we have stayed at in the past. This was a great rental!

We rented this house for a family reunion to celebrate my brother's 50th birthday. The house is huge, and beautifully decorated. We had 22 people there for the party, and there was ample room between the kitchen/living area and outdoor deck. For those of those staying at the house, the accomodations were just lovely. The kids could entertain themselves downstairs (out of the way!). The pool was wonderful and it was great to have a place to shower off after visiting the beach across the street. We had a really nice time!

We stayed 10 days at this property and could barely stand to leave! It was beautiful and the owners did everything to make our stay as nice as possible.
