Looking for quiet, peace, and sunsets?? Our little Reeds Beach cottage is the place to seek your refuge. Reeds Beach is located on the Delaware Bay off the beaten path of Route 47 about ten miles West of Cape May Court House.
Our house is located directly on the bayfront with a large bayfront deck and no railings to block your views of the most magnificent sunsets anywhere! The house boasts an enclosed porch with seating and dining areas, living room, dining room, kitchen, bath, laundry area, and a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor. Loft on second floor can house up to 4 people, but recent review has forced us to keep this off limits unless specific terms are accepted by the renters. No linens sheets or towels are provided, just beautiful sunsets.
Cleaning services are available at the going rate. Otherwise all renters are responsible for house cleaning and putting the trash out on Monday evenings for tuesday pickup.
We supply you cookware as well as a gas grill for any fish you may catch right off your deck. The tank can be exchanged 1/2 mile south on Rt 47. There is a marina at the end of the street for any bait and tackle you may need. There is also an accessible beach about five houses down should you prefer.
This house is located in a quiet "un-touristy" area yet very close to everything! Only fifteen minutes to Sea Isle City and Avalon beaches, twenty minutes to Stone Harbor. Twenty-five minutes to Wildwood Boardwalk, historic Cape May, or Ocean City beaches and boardwalk, but then again why even leave?
