My wife and I spent the week here with our two young children. The view from the villa was excellent and Captain's Walk is well maintained. We had a great time and the villa was exactly as described. Tim and Nancy did a great job of answering all of our questions. We look forward to our next trip to Hilton Head.

Once again, our vacation on HHI at Villa with a View was great! Good weather, good seafood and a good place to stay. No complaints and would highly recommend this condo. Everything you need but food is provided in this clean and well kept condo.

This was my family's first visit to Hilton Head and we were not disappointed. Waking up and ending the day with the stunning view was absolutely incredible, we miss it already. The villa was very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool which is close-by as well as biking around the very scenic community, on the wide beach (at low tide) and into town. We are already thinking about when we can return!! Tim and Nancy - thank you for sharing your home with us!

My wife and I stayed at this villa August 31- September 7. We have been going to Hilton Head, Wild Dunes, and Myrtle Beach for many years and this is the best place we have ever stayed on the SC coast The villa is clean and comfortable and the views out both the living room and master bedroom are simply gorgeous. In addition, the owners are very responsive and provide exceptional customer service. And finally, this area in Palmetto Dunes is both pretty and convenient to anything you need. Great villa for 2 couples of a couple with 2 small kids. Take it from a TN Methodist...you can't go wrong with this one! :)

PERFECT HHI LOCATION AND WONDERFUL VILLA WITH A VIEW!

We stayed at the "Villa with a View" 8/6-8/13 and had a wonderful week. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. I was very pleased that they had available for our use a phone for us to make local AND long distance calls, as reception on your cell phone is unpredictable. We have been to HHI at least 15 times and knew of the Captains Walk area and have stayed in other units here. We loved everything about this unit and will definately be back again soon! My husband, son and I had a wonderful week at the ocean and only wished it could have lasted longer. We highly recommend, as you can't get a better view or location for HHI!! Carol/Cincinnati, OH

a little gem on the beach

My husband, my son and I have been staying at Nancy and Tim's Hilton Head condo since 2004. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. They have put so much effort and attention into keeping their condo in excellent condition and providing their guests with every comfort and convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes, coffee maker, utensils, glasses, and cookware, the beds and furnishings are comfortable and new, and there are plenty of ribbon-wrapped towels and other small details to welcome us. The view is outstanding, the pool and grounds are gorgeous, and the location is perfect. Nancy is wonderful to work with and she takes pride in sharing her home with others. She is thorough, conscientious, and kind. She works hard to make sure our visit goes off without a hitch and my guess is that she develops long-term and loyal relationships with many of her guests. From the packet of information that arrives in the mail before the trip, to her availability and quick response before, during, and after our vacation, I know that I am in good and capable hands. Captain's Walk is a little gem on the beach.

Outstanding Vacation

My wife and I recently stayed in this villa for our vacation. It was outstanding and we hope to return again soon. The condo is in very good condition, and very clean. We had so much space for just the two of us, and it would comfortably fit a family of 4/5. It is in a great location, second floor, oceanfront, with a large pool nearby. The view is outstanding. We spent long days on the gorgeous beach and enjoyed the bike trails all over the island. This property is in Palmetto Dunes which is in a great location on the island, convenient to anything you would want to do, but in a very peaceful, quiet, beautiful area. The property seemed about 3/4 full while we were there, and we didn't hear any noise from neighbors at all. The owners also make the rental process very easy and have some great tips for enjoying Hilton Head. We would definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

This villa was exactly as described and more. It was clean and well-maintained and is in a great location. This was not our first trip to Hilton Head, but was our first time to stay in a villa. We loved it and would definitely like to go back there again.

Our family took our first trip to Hilton Head. We can't tell you how enjoyable our stay was. This location is amazing. You are only steps away from the ocean and a nice pool area. The community is well maintained as is the villa. Your view is amazing--and is wonderful to wake up to every morning

My husband, 2 children and I just returned from the best vacation ever. This villa was clean, large and fully furnished. The view was amazing, the walk to the beach was close, the pool was a blast. This was my 3rd trip to HHI, I have now found my place I will stay every year in the future. You will not be disappointed, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for peace, tranquility, beauty and relaxation.

We are enjoying our last night here in "Villa with a View" and boy was that accurate! Who needs a TV when you have a view like this one to enjoy. The Villa was clean, beautifully decorated and homey. This was, by far, the nicest place we have stayed in HHI. The beach was steps away, as was the pool. We used the charcoal grill for our dinners and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves. The kids loved their room as well. We all had a great vacation. I would love to stay here again next year! Thank you for lending us your home!

Second stay at this villa and this one was just as nice as the first one. I've always found this condo to be very clean and well maintained. Everything you need is there. Balcony looks out at the ocean and there are two chaises--perfect for reading and de-stressing with the sound of the surf. I highly recommend this villa in its beautiful location of Palmetto Dunes.

We stayed at your home in Palmetto Dunes during April vacation with our children and had a wonderful time! Thank you for the clean and beautiful accomodations! What a gorgous view!
