Look no further.Our townhome has over 1700+ sq. ft. of beautifully remodeled space.Granite counter tops, new cabinets, new upscale appliances occupy the home-sized kitchen. Kitchen has it's own entrance into a garden patio.Fully equipt for any kind of meal preparation. Like to travel light? Our unit has full sized Maytag washer and dryers to help keep your wardrobe clean and fresh. Living area has 2 patio doors which overlook a lake right in your backyard with plenty of furniture to relax on the patio and gaze at the serene lake setting.Sitting area has 2 sofas, (one a Queen sleeper) fireplace,large TV and DVD player.Vaulted ceilings tower over 20ft and allow evening light through the skylights.The main level has a bathroom in addition to the two upstairs. The bedrooms both have balconies overlooking the lake and the skyline of Destin. One has a King size bed and the other has 2 full sized beds. Both rooms have a full bath and vaulted ceilings for and airy feeling.They also are furnish with TV's. Dealing with long hallways and elevators can be annoying but not at our place. Park right outside the door and walk 20 feet right into the main level door. Our townhouse has the best view of the 10 at the complex. Stay a our townhome and you will feel right at home and will not want to leave!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, very roomy and everything was in working order. We also enjoyed watching the ducks and turtles swimming in the lake every morning. Our stay was definitely a memorable one. Thank you!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We wanted to give you an update on our stay at your townhouse in Destin. First of all the unit has beautiful bones, the facilities were impeccably clean & manicure, & the beach area was fabulous. However, we were very disappointed at what we encountered inside the unit once we arrived. Although as I stated the unit has beautiful bones, we were surprised to see that the unit was not as clean & taken care of as we expected. The walls had scratches everywhere, the carpets had horrendous dark stains all over. We were received by large bird droppings that initially looked like spilled hot chocolate all over the front entrance tile. There was a brownish/reddish color stain on the green sofa cushion (we turned it over). The chairs in the back deck were all over the place, & the other back porch the floor was disgusting & full of mosquitoes & the grill had not been cleaned in ages. To add to this welcoming, there was 1 roll of toilet paper for the entire house in 1 sheet of paper towel left on the “empty” paper towel dispenser. Your toaster only toasts 1 side of the bread, the can opener does not open the cans, your master bedroom sink was clogged, & we found 3 dirty white towels thrown inside the master bedroom closet upon arrival. What was the most disappointing was to find out that you and your family were the last people to stay in the unit based on the calendar you left on the fridge , & that the unit had not been professionally clean since 03.11, prior to your arrival. The downstairs TV is about to expire, as on occasion it begins to flicker & the picture goes in&out. The master shower had grime from years ago… & your sofa bed is broken. Regardless of what we found, my family & I had a terrific time because we chose to ignore the accommodations we are accustomed to, & cleaned & tidy up as much as we could to make the space feel welcoming & livable during our stay. Thank goodness the weather was fabulous most of the time & we chose to spend most of our time outdoors. On our last day, the cleaning shows up at 8:55am! too early, not departure time, & had been disturbed by these folks, we asked them to return at the appropriate time. We purchased paper towels, toilet paper, Windex, as you had no paper/cleaning products except Pine Sol & carpet spot spray which we found in the guest bathroom prior to leaving. We purchased Drano to unclog the master sink. We will be back to Destin as we always do, but not repeat customers in this property.
Owner response:Unfortunately this renter did not contact us about the condition of our unit. We respond to tenants requests to rectify any deficiencies as soon as we are notified. Our cell number is included with our rental agreement as the contact number for any problems that may arise. We have this unit for 6 years. This review is the first negative one we have received. We have many repeat customers that were satisfied with our town home. The main complaint appears to be the inadequate cleaning service. We have replaced the cleaning crew with the onsite service.We have address this problem. Initial paper products are provided, however, it is customary with condo rentals for tenants to provide additional cleaning products (i.e. shampoo, bar soap, dishwasher soap, detergent, etc.) for their stay. Daily maid service, typical of hotels, is not provided. Carpet throughout has been replace on May 4, 2011 as a tenant seems to have stained the carpeting as reported by my son in March.
