The two-bedroom, two-bath villa is situated on 10 acres of lovely wooded property just a ten minute drive to Fairhope and 20 minutes to our beautiful Gulf Shores beaches. When you're on vacation you know you love to eat! Our fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from your favorite casserole to a pot of fresh Gulf shrimp. And the outside BBQ area is perfect for that juicy burger or a delicious grilled steak. There are private decks off both bedrooms, a sunken living room with a magnificent fireplace, walking trails through the woods, and so much more. The screened-in porch is perfect for quiet reading or simply sitting and enjoying the serenity. The villa is tastefully furnished throughout with three televisions, stereo, and DVD player.   • This is one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we've been everywhere. It's spotless and the surroundings are second to none. Dave and Karen are the best hosts around and will make you feel right at home. I can't say enough good things about Wit's End...The picture in the advertisement doesn't come close to doing this place justice! It's way more amazing "in person"...Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

  • We just completed staying two weeks at Wit's End. It was our first time staying in Alabama. Yes it was quiet and beautiful. The property is well maintained and the owners certainly try to please their guests. While here we are close to many things, the Gulf Coast Beaches, Biloxi and the Casinos, USS Alabama, and the attractive City of Fairhope. Foley,about 10 away, has all the usual restaurants but if you want a delicious and healthy meal be sure to try the Sunflower Cafe in Fairhope. We hope to return to Wit's End.
