Distribution: Four bedrooms upstairs, downstairs enjoy a huge living family room, plus the inner courtyard and outside patio. Full kitchen plus laundry. Maid's quarters.
Sleeping arrnagements: One bedroom has 2 complete double bunk beds, full-size on the bottom and twin size on top, which can confortably sleep four. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a second beachfront bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The upstairs also has a small loft/den that can sleep one.
Have a cocktail or play cards comfortably in your back porch with beachfront seating for 12. Read a book in two extra-comfortable hammocks or sit in the rocking chairs. Beautifully and comfortably decorated throughout, with a huge King Arthur dining table that seats 12. Stereo CD/DVD with inside and outside speakers. Clubhouse infiniti pool, plus other pools, are less than 50 feet away! Food and bar service available at clubhouse next door, best location in Buenaventura!
Best of all - Walk out of your porch right onto miles of secluded, private beach, one of the nicest and widest beaches in Panama, Playa Blanca! And don't forget to explore the entire development featuring lovely exotic trees and flowers, and even a private zoo!

The Hotel is by far the nicest in Panama, with a great spa and beautiful environs. It is now the #1 spot for weddings in Panama.
The Unique Benefits of this House
There is no comparison to staying in this home and walking directly outside to the huge sandy beach, or to the pool area, where you can get full service. There are other villas in the development, smaller and much farther away from the beach and pool. Only by staying in our beachfront home can you get direct access!

Simply put, I love this house. We have been twice with a group of great friends, and both times I've left wishing we could stay longer. It has a coziness that makes you feel at home from the moment you walk in, and despite its enormous size, the space has a warm elegance that is difficult to put into words. Plus, the decor never lets you forget that paradise is right outside- the house is full of unique art pieces and tasteful furniture that have real local flavor. In other words, this is no cookie-cutter beach rental. Most importantly, the location is hard to beat- it's literally steps from the beach and the bristol pool club where they serve up my favorite mojito, and where you can rent jet skis, bikes, and all kinds of fun outdoors stuff. We went with 3 other couples and we had more than enough room. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well equipped, there's wireless internet, flat screen TVs with full direct TV cable (but seriously, who goes to Paradise and watches TV?). My favorite space in the whole house is the back patio- the hammocks are super comfy, and I shared many fun nights out there playing board games with friends. Over all I would recommend this spot to anyone looking to have a very laid back and relaxed time and really get the full feel of beautiful Panama.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
