VILLA # 6...Rent only one of 11 Villas situated on the highest level in Montecristo Estates...guaranteeing you and your guests total privacy, with no other Villas above or behind you. Before renting at Montecristo, always ask for the number of the Villa...for only numbers 1-11 are on the top level.
This magnificant two-story 4,500 square foot Villa (2800 interior & 1700 terrace) is located 800 feet above sea level providing spectacular views of both the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. There are 3 master bedroom suites with private bathrooms and a sofa bed which in total easily sleeps 10 people.
The Villa has its own infinity pool w/huge outdoor hot-tub, indoor Jacuzzi, carport, in-villa meal service, gas BBQ grill, marbled floors thru-out etc. etc.
The first level starts off with: a fountained courtyard and then includes a living room with fireplace; a full-sized kitchen and dining room; a terrace with a hot-tub,lounge chairs, gas BBQ, a table and chairs for dining; then a master bedroom suite with king bed, private bath and Jacuzzi, and large walk-in closet.
On the lower level you will find: two other master suites (one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds),both with walk-in closets; there is also a family room with a PC with free high speed Internet connectivity, an entertainment center, a sofa bed and on the terrace is your own infinity pool with lounge chairs.
The Villa has: 5 flat screen TVs: state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops, mahogany cabinetry, microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher and the kitchen is supplied with every imagineable cooking utensil and accessories.
There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. All linens are provided with daily maid service.

All guests have access to all the amenities at the Sunset Beach Resort including: Five different Pools(all with swim-up bars), a Fitness Center(free usage), European Health Spa, Tennis Courts, Three Restaurants, Three Bars, American Deli, Coffee Shop, Medical Center,
Concierge Service, Kids Activities, Baby Sitting, Airport Pick-Up/Return and Car Rental.
There is also a Free Shuttle service on the hour to and from nearby Medano Beach where you have full-access to Pueblo Bonito affiliated resorts: Blanco, Rose and Hotel Pacifica.

We had a simply wonderful time at your Villa in Cabo. The view was more splendid that we expected! Our Mom's really enjoyed having the pool right outside their room and our niece and nephew enjoyed all the TVs, the pool and the access to the resort pools. The weather was perfect everyday we were there...sunny and warm. All in all a perfect family holiday and we all agreed we would definately enjoy doing it again!
