Second guest bedroom has two queen-size beds and a plasma TV. This home is perfect as an executive retreat.

View the dolphins swimming by from the kitchen (Viking stove, sub-zero refrigerator, great cooking island or relax on the deck or in the jacuzzi as you watch the sun set over the Channel islands.

  • Our family of five had the great good fortune to come upon this beautiful home as its first summer renters in July of 2006. From the moment we entered the gated community off PCH we were enthralled. High tides and crashing surf lulled us to sleep at night and warm foggy mornings gave way to glorious afternoon sunshine. The sunsets over the point were dramatic but the full moon rise on the ocean was spectacular especally when viewed from the jacuzzi on deck. The newly remodeled home feels like an modern Italian villa with its marble floors and custom furniture, fabulous kitchen area downstairs, and beautifully decorated bedrooms upstairs with double french doors in every room allowing the fresh ocean breeze to tickle our souls. Thank you for creating a haven that refreshed and renewed us! We hope to make this location an annual event!
