Red Quill is my favorite property in Winter Park to stay in during the winter or any time when I want to be within walking distance of the restaurants and ski shuttle bus. This is a beautiful example of these properties - the only row that has direct views to Parry's Peak and the ski resort. Huge efforts are made by the owners to make your stay comfortable - including a well stocked fridge and pantry. Would highly recommend!

Our family of five with children ages 14, 11 and 8 rented Jennifer's condo for 6 nights and it was perfect for us. We walked to reastaurants and caught the shuttle to the mountain each day to ski. It was well stocked with all sorts of snacks and treats and Jennifer was nice enough to shop for me in advance and had groceries there when we arrived - what a treat! We had plenty of room to spread out and the family room was comfortable for all 5 of us to relax in together. Her condo is neat, clean and very comfortable which was so nice to enjoy each day after we returned from skiing. The location of the condo is a quick, easy walk to the shuttle stop and in walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Main Street/US 40. If we are fortunate enough to make this trip again with our family we will most definately contact Jennifer about renting her place!

My husband and I have been working in Colorado since June and wasn't able to make it home for Christmas. We were really bummed out and decided we would rent a place that we could get some of the kids and grandkids to come to and spend Christmas with us. Wow! This place was awesome. Couldn't ask for anything better. Jennifer has all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, even the pantry was loaded with goodies galore. She even decorated the place with a Christmas tree and other decorations that really added to our Christmas celebration. Oh... the double shower in the masterbath, wow! I could go on and on. The pictures and descriptions of this place is right on. Don't have any second thoughts about renting this place. You will be extremely satisfied. Jennifer, it was a pleasure and if we get to come back, your place will be the first I check into.

We loved our stay in Red Quill Village. It was so comfortable that we felt like we were at home. Everything we needed was at our disposal. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the rooms & baths were spacious. We would definitely stay here again. So much better than staying in a hotel. Our grandsons were not ready to leave. There were games for them to play and they loved coming back to this beautiful place after skiing, tubing, & ice skating. We highly recommend this home for your vacation stay.

My family spent 2010 Christmas and the week prior at Jennifer's wonderfully appointed townhome in central Winter Park. The photos and descriptions are entirely accurate and the place is immaculate and warm feeling. Great for a family gathering!! In fact, Jennifer decorated it with Christmas decor just prior to our arrival. A couple of factoids for the curious : 1) You can get to the ski area in 10 minutes by car. 2) Just behind the complex is a little trail that goes along the Fraser River called Confluence Park. We trudged it in snow shoes but it could be addressed in Xcountry skis. 3) Just beyond this little park is the abandoned Idlewild Ski Area. The bldgs have been demolished but the old chairlift is there and the cleared trails are accessible to snow shoeing and Xcountry skiing. 4) Near this old ski area you can pick up the Winter Fraser River Trail which is also amenable to xcountry skiing or snowshoeing. 5) Randi's Irish Pub, just a brief walk away, has excellent food for a small ski village restaurant. 6) A small community sledding hill, great for wee ones, is several blocks south of the unit. All in, a great place in a great location with lots of things to do just out the door!! Hard to beat that.........

Thanks Jennifer for the wonderful condo. We stayed in July (our favorite time of year in Winter Park) and the weather was great. The condo was exactly as advertised and then some. We enjoyed all of the high end appliances, great tile treatments and the fantastic electrical and plumbing fixtures. Especially enjoyed the master shower (huge) with the window that opens to the mountains. The downstairs bedroom was great for our two year old granddaughter and her mom & dad. The pantry was overflowing with essentials and goodies and there were even things in the fridge and freezer. We enjoyed all of the art work that was everywhere. We would love to come back!

Thank you Jennifer for making our Spring Break/Easter weekend so spectacular! I know you promised that your rental was 'fully stocked' but your incredible attention to detail made our family vacation better than I could ever have imagined. We were impressed immediately at the quality of your furnishings, the cleanliness of our home and the roominess of the entire townhome. The children LOVED having their own space on the garden level and the bunk bed system easily slept our four 'tween-agers'. The added bonus of having the living space between the kids rooms and adult space was another pleasant surprise. We truly appreciated your attention to even the smallest details - the information notebook with tips on restaurants, entertainment and shopping really came in handy. The kitchen was over the top - not only is it beautiful and spacious...but you've stocked every item one could possibly want or need. You've truly thought of everything! We loved how close your place was to the ski shuttle and enjoyed an 'adult night out' at Randi's with just a short walk back to the townhouse. Anyone who rents your home will be impressed with your home, your thoughtfulness and your attention to the small things that make such a big difference. Not only will we rent from you in the future but several other friends who were staying in local hotels have asked for your contact information. They were envious of our comfortable and beautiful home away from home...so I'm sure you'll hear from them next time they head to Winter Park. Thanks again for making our family vacation so wonderful.....we wouldn't dream of staying any place else the next time we vist Winter Park.

We did it again and can't wait to come back. This place feels like home from the moment you arrive. Owners are so great to work with, you feel like honored guests every time. Everything in the place is better than they say it is, location is ideal, and our family can't wait to get back there. Our friends with other accomodations all agree that this is place is the hot one. Thank you Jenifer!

Jennifer ... we can't thank you enough! We could not have asked for a more beautiful and comfortable accommodation, not to mention how much we appreciate you working so quickly to book us on such short notice. The property easily handled our 9 guests - each couple took an upstairs bedroom, we had 4 kids in the bunk room and the sleeper sofa was perfect for the teenager with us as well. We would not recommend your facility and you enough – we had a wonderful trip and your property only added to our enjoyment! And to all of those reading, AVOID VROB PROPERTY #150655 IN WINTER PARK. She cancelled our reservation 5 days before our trip with no reasonable explanation. Luckily Jennifer was there to save us!

Our stay at Jennifer's townhome was beyond our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, has every comfort of home, fully equipped and stocked kitchen, warm radiant floors and great views. You are close to downtown Winter Park and minutes away from the ski slopes. There are wonderful snow shoeing trails all around you. Jennifer has complete information on some of the other fun activities, ie, dog sled rides, snowmobiling, dinner sleigh rides. There is a great Recreation Center just minutes away with workout rooms, equipment, swimming pools, hot tubs, running track and more. We snow shoed in the most beautiful scenery, quiet surroundings and perfect weather. You will experience the best of the best in this townhome. Jennifer has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and fun.

My husband and I have been using VRBO for a few years and have usually had a great experience. Out of all of our stays, whether it was VRBO or not, this has been our favorite!! I contacted Jennifer when our family was planning a Christmas gathering in Colorado. We have family in Denver, and wanted to have a place where people could come up and down the mountain and use this as a central spot in Winter Park. We also wanted to have a place that felt like a Christmas at home with Mom and family. We contacted Jennifer and told her of our plans and asked if she would have it decorated for Christmas. She went over the top!! It felt like the holidays around every corner. The in floor heating, the cozy fireplace and HUGE gaming/dinning table made it perfect for our family. I brought up Dream Dinners to eat at night, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could imagine to help us cook. Not only did she have every tool we needed, but the pantry was bulging over with snacks, cocoa, chai tea... everything from soups, spices, flour, to popcorn, toffee, and cider. We definitely didn't want for anything! The location is GREAT! It is right next to a ski rental place, and the shuttle made it simple to get to the slopes. Those that wanted to stay curled up by the fire to enjoy a book had a perfect location to stay nice and cozy. Jennifer had Disney movies available for the little ones, a PS2 available in the bunk room for the teenagers, and lots of games for the whole family! I can not rave enough about Jennifer and her property at Red Quill. It is definitely our favorite, and in our opinion, the BEST VRBO find! Feel free to call if you want our opinion of this property. We will be glad to give Jennifer and her place GLOWING reviews! RENT IT! You won't be sorry!!!

We just returned from seven nights at this property and we loved it. We are a group of six, two adults and 4 children, there was more than enough room for a very comfortable stay. The boys were excited to find that there is a very nice community skate park that is within walking distance from the house. The very well stocked pantry really makes arrival and the entire stay very easy, it was great to not have to run out to the store in order to prepare meals or make coffee in the morning.

Jennifer's Red Quill townhouse is really spectacular. Our group of friends has been skiing together annually for over 10 years and this is definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed. And the ONLY one to have a stocked pantry with items like seasonings, oil, rice, sugar, etc. The radiant heat flooring was awesome, as was the wrap around sofa. We will definitely stay here again if our travels take us to Winter Park!

We were priviledged to stay in Jennifer's beautiful condo over the 2008 Christmas holiday.I must say that the townhome was even more beautiful and luxurious than it is represented on the website. The furnishings were topnotch, the beds and linens were extremely comfortable and kitchen was "to die for." The townhome is easy to find, and perfectly located in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is close to the ski shuttle bus, but also just a short 2-3 minutes drive away from convienient parking at Winter Park ski area. As other guests have mentioned, Jennifer goes out of her way to make your stay special. Since we were planning on being there for Christmas, I asked her when inquiring about the rental if she had a Christmas tree. She replied that "sadly she did not own a tree," but would be happy to purchase one and decorate prior to our arrival. She more than kept her word. When we arrived, there was a lovely decorated tree in the living room as well as many beautiful seasonal decorations throughout the home. She also made sure to stock some of my children's favorite snacks in the pantry for our family's enjoyment and even e-mailed me two days prior to our arrival to see if she could stock the fridge with some staples. I could not imagine a more perfect place to have spent our family holiday. We all enjoyed ourselves tremendously and hope to return soon. I know when I was reading the website and all the comments, I thought the place sounded too good to be true. I am so glad I chose to find out for myself. It truly was a "gem" find. I would be happy to give a reference to anyone interested. My contact information is listed below. Happy travels!

We spent our spring break at this wonderful condo. It is an absolutely beautiful, spacious home away from home. Jennifer goes above and beyond to make one's stay perfect. She stocked the pantry with everything anyone would need. She left information on restaurants, shopping, all one needs to know about the Winter Park area. She even had a basket of hats and mittens and other necessities to borrow, in case her renters forgot them. We loved the location. It is short walk to the shuttle bus stop and an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. I hope to stay at this amazing place again and would recommend it everyone.

This condo was absolutely wonderful for our family stay in Winter Park,CO during the month of February! Everything was very clean and organzied! Not to mention fully, I mean fully, equipt with whatever you could possibly need and more! Like the other guests who've stayed here, we too were impressed with the stocked pantry:) We took our family of five there for about four nights. Our kids age ranges are 5 months to 9 years old. We found this condo to be very clean, user friendly, warm and inviting. Jennifer makes a sincere effort to create a welcoming environment...from the refreshing smelling soft bedding, to the stocked pantry, we all fell in love! The location is great also. Food, drinks, and entertainment are all within walking distance. Thank you Jennifer and we look forward to visiting again in the future! The Ross Family :)

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while staying at 107 Red Quill Way. Just as last year, we were welcomed warmly with yummy chocolates and the condo is just as beautiful as last year! With two children and one set of in-laws, it was nice to return to a place that felt like home. The pantry was once again well stocked and there were even age appropriate games and movies for our children (and ourselves as well). Jennifer does not miss a beat and even left coupons for our ski adventures. We look forward to another visit in 2009 and will definitely stay right here again!

What a wonderful Spring Break for our family. Jennifer did an excellent job of communicating with us and helping to ensure that our vacation would be a great one. We have never gotten that level of service when renting through an agency. The condo was fabulous for our family with kids ranging from 2 to 10 years of age. Everyone had a wonderful time and the accomodations were first rate and convenient to everything.

A great place in the middle of Winter Park. In the morning we grabbed our skis, and walked across the parking lot to the shuttle a mere block away. It could not be any easier to get back and forth from the mountain. The house is impeccably clean and organized throughout. Warm and well stocked, not merely in the pantry, but in many places around the house. Jennifer’s communication is excellent. She provided a great packet of instructions, tips and a guide for the area. I hope to stay there again in the future and will recommend people to do the same. Jim & Chris

We have been using VRBO for the past 5 years to find vacation lodging. 107 Red Quill was a great find. The stocked pantry was unbelievable - great idea. The pictures don't lie, the place is tastfully decorated and furnished. I found myself so content there were days I had to force myself to hit the slopes. We found Winter Park to be quiet and relaxed. Thanks Jennifer Mary Jo and Bob Strauss Winona, MN

When we decided 4 months ago to go on a snow vacation all the way from Charleston,SC area, we were amazed at all the work that went into planning so far away. How lucky were we when we came across 107 Red Quill Way for our accommodations! Jennifer was just wonderful in helping answer our questions not only pertaining to the rental, but also the road conditions, directions, and various activities in Winter Park. When we arrived, we were so happy to be there and immediately felt at home. From the great 1st level room with it's double bunk beds and playstation to the amazing 3rd level master suite (which our son described as "sweet"), everything was just as we hoped and even better. The unit was so comfortable and inviting. Even our 2 children, ages 19 months and almost 6 years, loved and explored every square inch and gave their approval. They really hit the jackpot in the pantry where hot chocolate, marshmellows, and an assortment of snacks awaited them! We also found we were extremely convient to everything in Winter Park, with the grocery store, gift shops, ski slopes and many coffee shops all within 3-4 miles max. The free shuttle is just across the street and can take you to all the previously mentioned and more. Overall, we were very pleased and look forward to returning to this exact rental next year. Thank you Jennifer for making this a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Our family stayed 12/26-12/31/06 We had the best time the accommodations were so perfect. I was able to cook anything my family wanted and needed in the beautiful kitchen provided. The rooms were so neat and comfortable. We really felt like we were at home. Its location is great, close to resturants, shuttle, movie theater, grocery store, plus a fantastic place to go tubing in the winter months. We will definitely go again, and hopefully during the summer months as there is so much to do in Winter Park. We just plain loved it and working with Jennifer and Ron was very easy. Would highly reccommend staying at this lovely condo.

107 Red Quill in Winter Park is a wonderful new condo, beautifully furnished, well-equipped and the most generously stocked pantry we have ever experienced in a rental property. The owners Ron and Jennifer Cushing were easy to deal with, were responsive and very helpful and accommodating to our individual needs and requests. We hope to return and are happy to recommend this as a great place to stay (and will do so to our friends).
