This 3200 square foot home will take your breath away as you arrive in your own lush tropical paradise. You will be welcomed by a sense of comfortable southern living. The home features a bright open floor plan with plenty of entertainment space. This great space is 46x20 feet and includes large kitchen, dining, and living areas complete with rich teak floors, a fireplace, old world custom crown mouldings, and plenty of room for 14-16 people to eat comfortably.
The entire area is light and airy with gorgeous views overlooking the 10th green and 11th tee and fairway of Ocean Point Golf course. Fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances including counter-top grill and trash compacter.
Enjoy the wonderful glass/screened porch just off the incredible interior where you can watch golf, or the family of deer outside your window, while experiencing the sound and cool ocean breezes coming across the 18th fairway. Or maybe you would enjoy a huge deck with a gas grill for barbecuing and entertaining. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this special prestigious location.
There is a separate entertainment room with luxurious tropical appointments, wet bar, cable TV, DVD, BlueRay player, stereo, Karaoke, Wii gaming console, fireplace, and panoramic view. Enjoy family games on one of two game tables.
Our four bedroom, three and half bath home is all on one level. The palatial master suite includes king-size bed. Soak in your private bath with large Jacuzzi tub and separate glass tile shower. Three additional bedrooms and two queen-size sofa beds provide comfortable accommodations for a total of 12 guests.
One bedroom has another king bed that can be converted to two twin beds based on your needs with it's own private bath. (It's like a separate master suite) Two other bedrooms share separate hall bath, also with Jacuzzi tub. One has queen-size bed, and captain's quarters has bunk beds and an additional bathroom vanity. for convenience of the quests. On the ground floor, we now have a separate multi-function room with a queen sized sleeper sofa, a Tikki Bar for hanging out, an island theme, TV, DVD player - great as a separate space for entertaining and hanging out and sleeping for young adults or teens. You will also find a foosball table,
There is plenty of parking, beach chairs and bikes (9 bikes in total including baby carrying and tandom bike options). Amenity Cards are negotiable. You will find plenty of games and DVD movies for a rainy day! If you would like a first class vacation home, this is it! This home is beautifully decorated as our own home and for your own use, for a relaxing Fripp Island vacation.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean Point
I was raised in the lowcountry, and there is something special about this place that touches your heart and soothes the soul. This island is filled with just enough amenities to meet your needs, but yet remains a place of nature and wildlife and uncompromised beauty. From gorgeous salt marsh grasses and fingerling estuaries, to long uncrowded beaches, to crabbing docks, and miles of biking and golf cart trails, it is a perfect place to escape to and a great family friendly beach community. All the amenities are here and everything is accessible either by your golf carts or bikes, once you arrive you many never want to leave the island.. But if you do want to venture out, you're just close enough to enjoy all the great shopping, eating, and entertainment of two of America's most beautiful southern cities, Charleson, SC and Savannah, Ga, and the golfing abounds here on the island as well as the surrounding lowcountry, including Hilton Head. We decided to make this island and this home our perfect beach escape.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our home is filled with all the luxuries of home away from home and the toys fit for a perfect beach vacation. A large gas grill waits for the fresh seafood and steaks, and the large kitchen and entertaining areas make it easy to spread out, sit back, and enjoy. You aren't crowded into just one space. There are several entertaining spaces, so if you want to do your thing you can, while the rest of the family is enjoying another wonderful aspect of island living in yet another part of the house. Spme homes give you bedrooms, but cramped common areas. Not this home. You can relax on the wrap around deck, sit by grill, on the screened in porch, in the kitchen or the living room or dining room, or perhaps hanging out playing Wii or singing Karaoke in the Gentlemen's Room. Or better yet, escape to downstairs for card games or board games on one of the gaming tables, play foosball, or watch a DVD on the downstairs TV. Maybe you'd prefer a hot soak in one of the two jacuzzi tubs. That is if you aren't out on one of the 8 bikes or two golf carts exploring the island.

We always dreamed of one day owning a "little cottage by the sea", but instead, we found our lowcountry island escape in this very large and comfortably elegant home on this beautiful and perfect barrier island, Fripp. For almost a year, we renovated this lovely home to meet our every need, and filled it with all the things that would make our time here relaxing, comfortable, but also exciting and adventurous. Here we find ourselves youthful, and wanting for nothing but to hear the sounds of palms trees and the ocean right outside our window. O.k., we do find other great ways to spend our time here on the island, as well as when we are just chilling at home.

What a wonderful experience we had in this beautiful, luxurious home. The space is comfortable and amazing. There were two golf carts, all the comforts of home, and amenities too numerous to name. We'll definitely book this place again for our Fripp vacations of the future. Thanks so much for a perfect vacation!
