This five bedroom home is located at 26 Atlantic Beach Court in the family-oriented Village at Turtle Beach - a circle of homes with picket fences, brick-lined walkways, and a shared neighborhood pool. All this located just 150 yards from the beach! It is the perfect setting for a family vacation, golf or tennis group, or a reunion of old friends.
An open porch with rocking chairs and a hammock spans the width of the front of the house. A newly added gate at the top of the porch steps allows you to swing and rock without worrying about the children falling down the porch steps! The open floor plan and high ceilings make the 2600 square feet of living space seem even larger than it is.
The first floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath; there is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds (convertible to a king on request). This second and third bedroom share a bath with a tub and separate shower.
A screened porch spans the entire back of the house and has a gas barbecue grill, dining table, and Adirondack rockers and gliders.
The second floor has another master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bath and its own private deck. The fifth bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a set of bunk beds and a crib - fun for the kids! This bedroom also has its own private bath.
There is cable TV in every bedroom. Floats, beach chairs, and 4 bikes are stored under the front porch. All linens and towels are provided (no beach towels however).
Walking distance to the new Sanctuary Resort at Kiawah, as well as Turtle Beach Golf Course and East Beach Tennis Center. No smoking, and sorry..no pets. We can also arrange for mid-stay cleaning at an additional cost of $200.

The Unique Benefits at this House
We love our front porch that spans the width of the house, with a hammock on one end and a swing on the other. And the newly-added gate keeps us from jumping up every few minutes because a grandchild has gotten too close to the front steps! And then we love our back screened porch with a gas grill, a picnic table and lots of rocking chairs! The beach is about 175 yards away, and the pool is only about 50 yards away. Heaven!

My husband and I live in Knoxville Tennessee, and have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren. We raised our family going to various South Carolina beaches. When we decided to buy a beach home, we chose Kiawah for its beauty, golf, wide-open beaches, and proximity to Charleston. We particularly enjoy our neighborhood because of it's family feel and neighborhood pool. We enjoy having friends and family down for holidays and long weekends. It's a perfect house for multiple generations, and is located on a circle that's great for walking and riding bikes!
