This five bedroom home is located in the family-oriented Village at Turtle Beach - a circle of homes with picket fences, brick-lined walkways, and a shared neighborhood pool. All this located just 150 yards from the beach! It is the perfect setting for a family vacation, golf or tennis group, or a reunion of old friends.
An open porch with rocking chairs and a hammock spans the width of the front of the house. The open floor plan and high ceilings make the 2600 square feet of living space seem even larger than it is.
The first floor has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bath; there is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds (convertible to a king on request). This second and third bedroom share a bath with a tub and separate shower.
A screened porch spans the entire back of the house and has a gas barbecue grill, dining table, and wicker rockers and chairs.
The second floor has another master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bath and its own private deck. The fifth bedroom upstairs has two twin beds and a set of bunk beds and a crib - fun for the kids! This bedroom also has its own private bath.
There is cable TV in every bedroom. Floats and beach chairs are on the back porch. All linens and towels are provided.
Walking distance to the new Sanctuary Resort at Kiawah, as well as Turtle Beach Golf Course and East Beach Tennis Center. No smoking, and sorry..no pets. We can also arrange for mid-stay cleaning at an additional cost of $230. |
