Enjoy a week or two in the quiet, family shore town of Lavallette. This private single-family home is on the ocean block so there is no need to cross any street to go to the beach. The beaches are clean and there is a one mile boardwalk that is great for biking, running or walking. This home is within walking distance to the restaurants, churches, parks, playgrounds and convenience stores.
This single family home has plenty of parking. It has three bedrooms, two full baths and an outside shower. This house has a full kitchen, sunroom, living room and laundry room on the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has two full beds and the third bedroom has two single beds.
All blankets and pillows are included. Tenant supplies their own sheets and towels. The kitchen is completely equipped with cooking utensils and has new cabinets in it.
This house has air-conditioning. There is an enclosed porch that has a table for doing puzzles or playing cards on it and a TV on it.
No Senior week availability. No prom weekend availability. Pets are not allowed. No rentals to minors or groups under the age of 21. Six beach badges are included-deposit required. Tenant must arrange for home to be clean when leaving. Check-in is at 2 PM and check out is at 11 AM. Reservations are from Saturday to Saturday. The occupancy limit is eight. Security deposit is required.
The Bay is about three blocks away and has many water activities, including fishing and crabbing. There are bocci, basketball courts and tennis courts at the bay. There is also a playground. Tenants can use the activities that the town of Lavallette sponsors like yoga and movies at the bay. |
