Horseshoe Bay is a world-class resort community apprx 45 minutes west of Austin on Lake LBJ. Activities in the surrounding area (1 hour and 15 minutes away) include Six Flags, Sea World and Fiesta Texas located in San Antonio. Schlitterbahn Water Park, consistantly ranked as the Nations top water park by the travel channel is located only 45 minutes away.
The local marina (where boats and jet skis are available to rent) is a short 5 minute drive. The marina also has a small water park and restaurant. In addition, beautiful golf courses, including Legends on LBJ and Delaware Springs are a short drive away.
