The condo is a cozy Hawaiian style furnished studio with a fully equipped kitchen, full bath and private oceanview lanai. It features a queen bed plus two single beds with custom tapa bedspreads. The kitchen features a new large refrigerator, Magic Chef stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker/coffee grinder, toaster along with plenty of pots/pans, silverware, glasses and dishes. Features include a full bath with tub/shower combo, and a separate sink vanity and make-up area w/wall mounted hair dryer.
Towels, washcloths and linens are furnished. Complimentary guest coffee, soaps, shampoos, paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, free tropical flowers and fresh Maui bananas. Relax on the private oceanview lanai with tropitone swivel rockers. Enjoy the color cable TV/VCR, Stereo w/CD/Cassette,AM-FM, phone (free unlimited Maui calls), answering machine, cable modem - FREE HIGHSPEED INTERNET ..just plug in the provided ethernet cable, new carpet, beach chairs/boogie boards plus a box of kid beach toys. Large gas BBQ area..with 2 BBQ's and a large stainless steel work area. BBQ area also has plenty of picnic tables and shade.
On-site laundry with free ice machine. Convenient free parking close to the unit. It's a short walk to a grocery store, snorkel shop and many fine restaurants. It's great for two guests! ...No extra charge for three or four persons!!
