On a scale of 5 I Chris and I both agree that it gets a 2. Needs a shower head. Showers were dismal. No amenities per se. No TV, DVD, etc. The microwave oven was on the other side of the courtyard. The grounds were dirty and unkempt. But, the price was probably commensurate with the price. But in a great location an all staff were very nice . Close to water an restaurants.Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

Our stay in La Paz at our cozy 2 bedroom apartment was very nice. The apartment is located just three blocks off the Malecon so it was easy to get to the many great restaurants. The apartment itself was fairly clean except for the dust bunnies hanging from and flying off the ceiling fan. The tile floors looked clean but were pretty dirty (couldn't walk around in socks as the bottom of the socks got filthy. Everything else in the apartment seemed to be very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for our use. The problem with staying in a downstairs apartment with folks in the upstairs unit is that you hear their footsteps, voices, etc. That was true with this apartment, but it wasn't too disruptive for us. The only other concern was that the one bathroom is located in the first bedroom so the person in the second bedroom has to go through the first bedroom to get to the bathroom. A little inconvenient in the middle of the night. All in all, my brother and I enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable in the apartment.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It was a great space for our 2 younger children. There was space to kick back and relax while naps were happening in a clean and well decorated place. It was also a great home base for exploring. Close enough to see lots of the city action by walking and easy to get to the beaches up north. The neighborhood was relaxing and we all felt very comfortable as we traveled about. We look to go back again some day. It was a great stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, sightseeing.

We loved this place and were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was. The courtyard area and outdoor kitchen were perfect for evening meals. The neighborhood was also amazing with great restaurants (including a wine bar a block and a half away) and a quick walk to the sea. It is far enough away to not hear the noise from the malecone, but close enough to enjoy a morning run on it. The house looks better than the photos. The only thing I would change about the place would be the pillows. I think it would make a great spot for a family vacation.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I would most definitely recommend staying in this lovely house in La Paz, Mexico. It is wonderfully situated just a few blocks from the waterfront in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The unit is clean and charmingly decorated. The courtyard is beautiful and gives you more space to move about should you need it as the units are relatively small. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is large, outdoor space is plentiful. Overall my stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this property!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

I recently stayed at this property for 3 weeks and was a bit disapointed on my arrival when I saw that the house is not quite what it looks like in the photos you see on the website, they seem to be outdated, the property looks a bit deteriorated. Other than that, it was very cozy and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children.
