This condo has a new kitchen for 2010. All new flooring throughout. Located in Gulf Shores Plantation "West" (Phase 3). If you find a better price, it won't have as beautiful a view of the Gulf as this condo!! Colorful, whimsical "sun-suite" comfortably sleeps up to four (Maximum occupancy is four) and has a beautiful view of the Gulf and the beautifully landscaped pool/hot tub courtyard and Caribbean-style houses. The pool courtyard is reminiscent more of Hawaii than the Gulf Coast. The lush landscaping is gorgeous!
No road to cross. The Condo is on the North end of the pool courtyard. The sugar white sand and the Gulf are on the South end of the pool courtyard.
Wide unspoiled dunes and miles of sandy uncrowded beach. Nationally ranked Kiva Dunes golf course adjacent to the property. Relax on the balcony of this value-packed condominium and enjoy the views with your morning coffee or evening refreshment.

No pets, and non-smoking unit.
DEPOSIT:
REFUNDABLE $200 Security Deposit is due immediately to reserve your dates. The security deposit becomes your damage deposit upon your arrival, and is completely refundable after your stay assuming conditions of rental are met, including departing the Condo in as-found condition (wih only normal cleaning required), and keys are returned.
PAYMENT:
The rent, tax and cleaning fee are due approximately fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival, at which time keys and additional helpful information will be mailed to you. Please send Check or money order. Sorry, no credit cards, but it helps keep the rent low!!
No refunds for early departures from the Condo unless evacuation required. Three night minimum, 4th and 7th nights always free. Summer rentals by the week (7 or more nights) required for 4th and 7th nights free.

Why the Owner Chose Plantation West
This area is tranquil and serene. It's a family-oriented resort with no though traffic. It's a good place to go to the beach to relax and escape the crowds of rowdy students.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Gulf Shores Plantation is on Fort Morgan Road close to several restaurants, and also close enough to the amusements, restaurants, shopping and night life "in town" that it is all easily accessible with a 10-15 minute drive, but far enough away that you can escape back to our family oriented resort with its wide sandy beaches, and unspoiled dunes and nature. Unlike what has resulted from the over-building and over-crowding "in town" in "Gulf Shores proper", Orange beach, and West beach. It's like the beach was when I was a kid. Just a great place where the kids are safe, there is no through-traffic, or "girls/boys gone wild".

Spent four nights at this condo and loved every minute! Nice area, out of the way of the busy Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, but still close enough to enjoy all the shopping, dining and other options. This condo is perfect for a couple just looking for a few days away from the real world. The owner was pleasant and very easy to deal with, and the delivery of keys and return of security deposit was handled in a timely manner. The property is accurately described and the resort has lots of amenities! Would definitely stay here and/or book with this owner again! Bonus: Breakfast at Tacky Jack's 2 a couple of miles away!
