ALOHA,
This is Paradise! Our unit is in the very back of the complex on the top floor so all you hear are birds chirping and your views are tree tops and the beautiful blue ocean.
Everything is new, no funky outdated furniture and macrame in this unit. The master bedroom has its own bath and king-size bed. Guest room has a queen-size bed and plenty of closet space. The complex is Ocean Front, world famous White Sands Beach (AKA Disappearing Sands Beach) is right across the street, and an excellent snorkel beach with plenty of Honu's is a mile up the road.
This is and has been a NO-SMOKING condo.
If you are planning a trip to Kona this is a perfect place to stay.

Spent March 27 to April 7th, 2011 at this condo. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The building is very quiet, the grounds are very nice and well kept. I don't know if it was just the time of year we were there but sitting on the Lanai (our favourite spot) was always comfortable and never too hot. All appliances worked well (except toaster) and having the washer and dryer was an added bonus. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. It was a short drive into Kona or to the Kona farmers market. An easy walk to the Alli gardens farmers market. The booking process with Beth was very easy. Would book again at this condo in a hearbeat!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.
Perfect balance of R&R and activities.

Aloha! Here is a summary of a great experience: --snorkelling with turtles--silky sand beaches--lava tunnels--fresh seafood daily--colourful flowers--fishing--waterfalls--morning coffee on the balcony looking at the trees and ocean--hidden gems of beaches--walking through the village--fresh markets--friendlyness-- The condo is super. It's larger than the photos indicate. It's across from one of the better beaches in town. This is where I saw the turtle, many times. The kitchen is large and has everything you'd need. It's clean and cozy. The pool area is peaceful and next to the pool table and BBQs. There are board games and magazines kicking around. The process for booking was quick and easy and Beth was wonderful. I hope to go back and highly recommend it for a couple, two couples, a girl's week*, or a family of four. *You are to wear a flower in your hair while there. I did. Mahalo!
