If you are looking for a ground floor place to stay with parking right at the front door this may be the place for you. We do not sit right on the beach however we are on the beach side of the street and only one block from the beach walkway.
With approx. 1400 square feet, two and a half baths and two TV's, our townhouse is spacious enough for two couples to share and still have their privacy. Everything is furnished. All you need to bring is beach towels and your golf clubs. Our unit is for rent to famlies and mature adults. If you would like more information or details please give David or Krystal a call.

Summer Place Townhouses located on quiet east end of Panama City Beach, close to all major attractions. We are located one mile west of St Andrews State Park and three miles east of Shipwreck Island Water Park. There are six golf courses just minutes from our front door.
Fishermen! - We are just a mile and a half from the Marina where there are multiple Charter Boats and Party Boats.
Parking is right at the front door. We feel our townhouse is one of the best values for a family vacation at the beach that you will find anywhere.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhouse
Our Townhouse is in an area that is close to the attractions however not right in the middle of it. We enjoy a small complex in which only 12 - 15 of the units are rented. The pool isn't crowded and each unit has two parking spaces reserved right at the front door. In the rear of the townhouses each unit has their own private patio with grills and tables and chairs. The grassy area is perfect for multiple families to rent units side by side and be able to hang out together.
