3 bedrooms, one used as piano/laundry/baby room. Recent furniture from John Lewis, Ikea and Ercol. wood flooring and mattresses. WB COMBI boiler fitted April 2021 For hot water at mains pressure and full c/ heating. House, built in 1998, comprises 72 sq m. All doors and windows are double glazed. Pleasant, south facing, fully enclosed back garden. Peaceful location on edge of estate, off Bell St, the oldest settlement in Swanage. Unlimited Wi Fi, landline phone(incoming and chargeable outgoing). BED LINEN AND TOWEL HIRING FACILITY, OR GUESTS BRING THEIR OWN. Duvets, mattress protectors and pillows provided. Town centre and beach within 18 minute downhill walk. Local shops, pubs and fast food are within 6 minutes. Ample parking and detached garage for extra storage of bikes etc. 42” SMART PANASONIC TV (2023) with free-view HD. DVD player and digital Hi-Fi.

The minimum stay is FOUR NIGHTS COMMENCING AT 3 pm and ending at 10am.

Guests must take their own bed linen and towels, or hire from our housekeeper in a separate agreement for a typical cost of £44 for a family of 4. Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors are provided.

A lovely holiday
It was nice ad clean with everything you need lots of walking books maps puzzles. It was nice and warm,enclosed garden for the dog easy parking not far from Swanage. They thought of everything.You couldn’t not like it.

Everything fine. House great for our needs. Easy access. For the golf courses we were playing gave us easy access for the golf, and was easy to get into Swanage for dinner and drinks. We will probably use again next year if welcomed

😍 amazing property, beautiful location.
Have already decided to return, everything was easy, great location with sea views from upstairs. Really close to everything we needed. Can't wait to return. Host is just brilliant and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We are a retired couple who live in Chandlers Ford, Hants, a 75 minute drive from SWANAGE. We have run this holiday home for several years, achieving regular 4 and 5 star reviews. We have a house manager to clean the house after each tenancy and to deal with any matters requiring immediate action (including the hiring out of bed linen and towels.)

What makes this property unique

A particularly pleasant feature is its south facing garden. Hedging, plants and trees screens it partially from overview of houses from further up the close. At the top of the close are rights of way over fields and farmland to the coastal footpath.
