It has been completely renovated and newly furnished with air conditioning. It has living room with king-size double bed, and sofa - with Sony TV, (English Sat TV - with BBC, ITV and Sky news) DVD and Video, JVC stereo system. Phone for incoming calls and ADSL/wifi internet access free of charge. It has equipped kitchen area with fridge freezer, cooking plates, and microwave grill and breakfast bar.

There is a modern clean shower-room with mosaic tiles throughout - and a very nice covered terrace (ideal for outdoor summer dining). The apartment has two large double/door windows which are double glazed (very quiet) which also make apartment very light. This is a ideal spot for couple that want to enjoy the excitement of the old town - in a building full of character at very good value for money.
