This is a great beach rental, convenient to everything and walking distance to Rehoboth Ave. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent.

This is a lovely townhouse, my husband, me and our three boxers had a great mid-week vacation. The location is ideal, close to all the attractions but away from all the traffic and crowds. The only issue we, I should say, they, the boxers, had was navigating the spiral staircase!! (and we were warned about this possibility in the townhouses' description) Only the "brave" one managed to get up and down, the other two just looked with longing as we climbed the steps. All the supplies were there to prepare any meal, the outside grill was great, along with the patio furniture. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone, dog lovers or not. If all works out, we'll be there again next spring!! Thanks for making a great townhouse available to dog lovers.

The townhouse and its location were just as I'd hoped...Nice, quiet location but close to Rehoboth Ave and all the shops and restaurants. We were near enough to the activity to park the car all weekend and walk, yet secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The owner was wonderful...responsive, accommodating and friendly. The townhouse was clean and very comfie...Perfect for our first stay in Rehoboth Beach...There was a definite charm to this quiet beach community in the winter, all decorated for the holidays, but we are looking forward to returning to see it in warm weather too. Hopefully the townhouse will be available when we do. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

What a great townhouse, in a perfect location just a minute or so from the main road in downtown Rehoboth. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to everything- our favorite restaurants and shops. We are hoping to return in summertime so that we can take full advantage of the close proximity to beach and boardwalk! The pool looks wonderful too!

The unit is very nice and really close to everything. It is comfortable with everything you would need in a home away from home. The landlord was friendly and nice which is also a bonus! Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in this lovely townhouse. The interior is very well furnished, very clean and brightly decorated. It's conveniently located to Rehoboth Avenue and the boardwalk which saves you the time of having to look for parking. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the pool is right up the street from the townhouse. Overall, this townhouse is very comfortable and in a great location.

HI! We hope that everyone that stays in my unit enjoys the property! We bought this property in Oct. 2005, so this is our first year renting. We have made many upgrades to the property, and hope to make many more in the upcoming year. Planned for winter 2006 is new in the upstairs and wood or tile flooring for the first floor.
