Condo features master bedroom with plush queen size bed and NEW LCD TV. The living area contains a pull-out sofa (sleeps 2), reading chair with ottoman, and a TV with built-in VCR and DVD player. We have some movies, books, and games for your entertainment. The kitchen contains everything you need to cook your own meals and a coffee maker to get you going in the morning. There's even a dining table that seats 4 and a dry bar. Take that morning cup of coffee into the Lanai to sit and watch the boats sail by on the Intracoastal.
If you need to stay connected, we have free wireless high speed internet access along with unlimited local and long distance calling to anywhere in the USA and Canada!
When it's time to hit the beach, we have chairs, towels, coolers, beach toys, rafts, and an umbrella for your short walk via the private beach access.

This was our second stay at the Barefoot Beach Condos. This condo has everything you'll need to enjoy a carefree vacation. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. It was great having the beach chairs and umbrella there for our use. The keyless entry system was a great convenience. This condo complex has the prettiest grounds and nicest pool of all the nearby complexes and is just a short walk across the street to the beautiful beach. Last year we stayed at this exact condo, and this year we had an even better time. This condo is clean, well kept and perfect for our needs. Some condos are lived in consistently, and it feels like you are intruding on someone's home. This condo has the perfect mix of everything you need, and simplicity. We love the heated pool, and the fact that the laundry is just outside the door (bring quarters). You will not be disappointed. The owners are ON TOP OF IT. They are organized and have it down to a science. They provide clean documentation on all processes and procedures needed to make your stay easy. The digital lock makes check-in quick and easy. No mailing keys back and forth, or meeting a stranger in a dark alley for a key. Owners are quick to respond and efficient. The beach is a short walk away, and private. We love the Gulf sunsets. The Gulf is warm and peaceful. Waves on our vacation were slow and didn't crash very far from the shore. So, you can still stand or float in the peaceful waters and not get pounded by the waves. Don't let the weather fool you, in Florida, they are always calling for a chance of rain. Some friends of ours stayed at another condo in the same complex and we had a great time sharing our vacation together. We took the kids to a nearby pirate ship ride, which also is a dolphin tour. Crabby Bill's was our kid's favorite restaurant. We really enjoy staying at this particular condo, and we are making plans for next year. This is the only way to experience the Gulf, and have a relaxing vacation. Private condos give a much better experience than a hotel. At a hotel, everyone is passing through and it gives an influx of tourists. In a condo community, the out-of-town traffic is varied, and you become a "local" for the week. And you get a full kitchen to cook in, or just have bowls of cereal handy for hungry kids. The kitchen has pots,pans,cookie sheets,bowls,plates and silverware. And a dishwasher to keep you out on the beach and out of the kitchen. All the amenities of home. I really appreciate the owners making their condo available for rental, we will be back again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

My family just returned from a wonderful vacation spent at Indian Shores. The condo was perfect - snuggled between the Intracostal Waterway and The Gulf our stay gave us the best of both worlds. The grounds also gives you the feeling of being on a tropical island getaway which can only add to your "relaxed state of mind". I really dont want to talk it up to much for the fear that this location will become "over-extended" with seasonal travelers,however, from the condo to the perfect location it will become a go to spot for us! Thanks for everything, it was amazing!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful week at your condo. It was just as described,very bright and spotless. The view was outstanding of the intercoastal and the pool. The landscape was very neat and clean. The photos and listing description were spot on. The owner was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions very quickly. The packet he sent was very useful.We liked the electronic door lock didn't have to worry about a key. A very short walk to the beach across the street where we spent most of our time,beach chairs and beach towels provided in the condo was a added plus as we arrived by air. also excellent directions from the airport. I would very much recommend this condo to anyone wanting a quiet week at the beach, We hope to return next year and would book this one again. Thanks again for letting us spend a very relaxing week at your condo you have a excellent place!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone, regardless of age, although being a second floor unit might be a problem for some since there is no elevator. The description and photos of the condo and its amenities were right on and it was a well-kept, attractive unit. Everything was in proper working order and we never had any problems. The resort staff was very friendly and much effort is made by the maintenance crew to keep the property in good shape at all times. The owner was also most accommodating and easy to deal with. We especially liked the lay-out of the unit with the sunny lanai providing views of the pool below and the intracoastal waterway. Plus, one only has to cross Gulf Blvd. and you're right on the beach in less than 1-2 minutes. The location of the resort is also appealing because of the proximity of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Lastly, it's a good bargain for all that you get. We'd have no hesitation in renting this condo again sometime in the future.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

All of the amenities of every day life, but with a beach and pool. There is a coin operated washer/dryer room just outside, so we were able to keep the take-home chores to a minimum. We have a 4 year old and an 8 year old. If we were not at the beach, we were at the heated pool. There is a putt putt golf course less than a block away. They have live alligators, which is all my kids talked about. There is a restaurant, and a small beach supply store, both about a block away. You could spend your whole vacation and never get into the car. A small, but beautiful kitchen, with everything you need to make a quick meal or whatever you make time for. There are community grills where you can fire up a juicy steak, or quick hotdogs. Having a kitchen saved us so much money and gave more beach/pool time. The beach is a quick walk across the street (walkway provided). Perfect for beautiful sunsets. Seems silly, but of all the great features, we loved the digital lock. It allows you to have a special code that allows you to enter when you arrive. We got in later than we liked, but it was ready for us. Then you can change it. It locks you out on the last day. No key to keep up with, and my wife and I could come and go without key coordination. The owners have a great list of recommended restaurants and attractions to keep you from searching all over. Try the Hamburger recommendation at sunset. A successful vacation. We really appreciate the owners offering this condo to the public, and look forward to future vacations here.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

This was our first family vacation with our girls (ages 4 and 6), and we had a fantastic time! You could not ask for anything more. We were close to the pool, close to the intercoastal, close to the beach, we cooked most of our own meals on the grill located on the property (saved a lot of money), and we slept peacefully and comfortably every night. Travel up and down the coast was easy and we even saw dolphins! We really felt like we were at home. Other condo guests who we ran into at the pool were so kind and friendly. We could not have asked for a more fantastic and relaxing vacation. Condo was great!! Locstion was terrific-intercoastal out back and across the street from the gulf. We stayed April 18 - 25, 2009. What a wonderful week of sun and relaxation! The condo has everything needed for a "laid back" vacation. Pool was great and the beach is a short walk across Gulf Blvd. Thanks for providing beach chairs! The sun room was great for enjoying our coffee every morning. Cancellation policy:
OCCUPANCY LIMITS - The Tenant certifies the limitations of this dwelling have been carefully read as set forth in this Rental Agreement, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS ON THE NUMBER OF PERSONS PERMITTED TO OCCUPY THE PREMISES AND NOISE NUISANCE CONDITIONS, and agrees to abide by such limitations. Tenant agrees that if such limitations are exceeded, Owner shall have the right to cancel this agreement. In the event it becomes necessary to cancel this agreement as provided for in this clause, any money paid by the Tenant will be forfeited by Tenant as liquidation damages. NOTE: Condo phone number is 727-729-8194. Any use of the telephone or cable television system that results in excess charges are the responsibility of the Tenant and will be deducted from the security deposit accordingly. 1. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Tenant is responsible for the care of the premises, appliances and furnishings and for any and all damage by negligent or wrongful acts caused by the Tenant or Tenant’s guest. Tenant agrees that Owner may deduct charges for any damages as well as any excess cleaning fees. Security Deposits will be refunded upon inspection and cleaning of the property and return of keys to the Owner no later than seven (7) days from date of departure, unless a claim for damages is made, in such case Tenant will be advised of such by Registered Mail. 2. CANCELLATION POLICY: This rental is fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to Tenant’s scheduled arrival. A $100.00 cancellation fee is assessed if cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to Tenant’s scheduled arrival. No refunds are given if cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to arrival date, unless Owner re-rents the Property for the dates confirmed to Tenant. If the Property is re-rented, balance less $100.00 cancellation fee will be returned to Tenant. There will be no penalty if cancellation is due to Emergency or Medical reasons and Owner is provided with written documentation prior to arrival date. 3a. CLEANING FEE: Please refer to charges listed above for cleaning fee, if any. If unusual cleaning is necessary, there will be an additional charge deducted from the security deposit; copies of all charges will be furnished with refund of remaining monies on deposit. 3b. CLEANING RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenant cleaning fee is intended for a one time cleaning upon departure. It is Tenant’s responsibility to maintain the Property in a neat and clean condition throughout the stay. Some cleaning supplies are left in the Property for Tenant use, however if such cleaning supplies run out it is Tenant responsibility to replace them. Laundry facilities are provided on the premises (not within the unit) for your convenience. Tenant will be charged extra for leaving excessive dirty laundry (more than one set of linens per bed). It is also Tenant responsibility to wash all dishes prior to departure. Please observe garbage pick-up and recycle days. 4. PETS: Pets are absolutely NOT allowed in this unit. 5. SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING unit. Tenant shall not smoke or allow any smoking on the premises, including porches and entryways. Should Tenant allow or participate in such behavior, Tenant will be evicted and forfeit the remainder of the rental fee and the security deposit. 6. KEYS: Keys are to be returned to Owner upon check-out. Please refer to Owner’s instructions for proper return of keys (to be enclosed when keys are received by Tenant). Tenant Security Deposit will be held until keys are returned. Lost or stolen keys are the responsibility of the Tenant and will result in charges deducted from the Security Deposit for replacement of locks and/or keys, as needed. 7. LIABILITY AND DAMAGE: Tenant shall indemnify and hold Owner free and harmless from any and all liability, claims, loss, damage or expenses arising by reason of any injury, death, or property damage sustained by any person including Tenant or any Agent or Employee of Tenant where such injury, death, or property damage is caused by a negligent or intentional act of Tenant or any guest of Tenant. 8. NOISE/NUISANCE: Tenant shall not disturb neighbors with loud noise or music, or unlawful, unsafe, or pollution-causing behavior. Should Tenant allow or participate in such behavior, Tenant will be evicted and forfeit the remainder of the rental fee and the security deposit. 9. RADON DISCLOSURE: Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that when it has accumulated in a building in sufficient quantities, may represent health risks to persons who are exposed to it over time. Levels of radon that exceed federal and state guidelines have been found in buildings in Florida. Additional information regarding radon and radon testing may be obtained from the county public health department. 10. OWNER'S STORAGE: Tenant understands that certain areas of the Property are reserved for use by the Owner for storage of personal items, and are not for use by the Tenant and that Tenant may not force entry of such under penalty of trespass. 11. RIGHT OF ENTRY: Owner or its designee shall have the right to enter the property at reasonable hours for the purpose of making repairs or inspections. 12. DEFAULT BY TENANT: This agreement imposes an obligation of good faith in its performance and enforcement. Tenant understands that upon violation of any conditions, agreements, restrictions, covenants, and obligations of this Rental Agreement, Owner may terminate this Rental Agreement and enter the Property by force or by statutory proceedings, in which case any and all monies paid by the Tenant to Owner will be forfeited by the Tenant as liquidated damages in addition to, but not in lieu of, any other right or remedy available under law. 13. RATES: Tenant acknowledges that rates are set by the Owner and cannot be guaranteed for more than 6 months in advance. In the event of a rate increase, Tenant will be notified not less than 6 months prior to arrival and will have the option of a full refund of deposits if the new rate is not agreeable to the Tenant. 14. SUBLETTING: Tenant acknowledges that per Pinellas County Code, subletting is not permitted. Tenants who sublet may be subject to fines of up to $250/day.
