My husband and I grew up in the Michigan, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since we moved to Florida 14 years ago, we found ourselves migrating toward the ocean. As our family grew, we found beach to be the perfect place to take the kids and spend time with visiting friends and family. They couldn't get enough of the ocean. They were just amazed the first time we took them boogie boarding. There was no question, we had to invest in our own "Florida beach condo." We hope you'll enjoy all that Florida has to offer. Why the Owner Chose Ormond By The Sea
We love the Atlantic Ocean side, as it is very quick and easy to get there from Orlando, the Ormond Beach area gives you the benefit of ocean front views without all the tourist traffic. But if you like the hustle and bustle, all you have to do is drive 7 mile south to the Daytona Beach area. And you get to come home to peace and quiet. We have stayed over the holidays and all other weekends and we find the pool to be mostly unoccupied and you can always find a place to park your beach stuff for the day on the beach and keep an eye on it from the condo, while making a pit stop.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Security access into the elevator gives you the sense of safe and sound. Additionally, the elevator provides the access needed to load up and unload the condo upon arrival and departure. The pool has been recently redone and there are many umbrella's that you can use around the pool area. Our unit has wireless connectivity, in the event you would like to stay in touch with email, etc. We have also fully stocked the unit with beach towels, beach umbrella, beach toys, boogie, skim boards, etc. Additionally, the local grocery store is within 3 miles away for a quick trip to stock up on snacks and within 10 miles each way on A1A, there are restaurants galore. You will never run out of options. These are just a few reasons why we really enjoy staying, especially with our family.

very comfortable, almost like home. Liked the visa payment for reservation as am not American, or with american checking account. Got the deposit back with paypal, better option for me than a check. Highly recommended to stay here if you don't mind long drives to get anywhere.

We spent a wonderful month in April and Joe's condo. The condo was clean as a whistle and nicely furnished and maintained in up-to-date condition and had everything we needed - all the beach equipment was in great condition and our 4 y/o granddaughter who visited for a few days was thrilled with the noodles and the childsize beach chair. We had great beach weather every day in March except for a very few rainy days. The Ocean Watch community is very nice and friendly and we made some nice friends. Betty's A1A and the Flagler Fish Company are top on our list but there are lots of terrific restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend this condo for anybody's vacation! My husband and I and our 2 teenage boys spent 2 weeks at the condo and loved it!! -very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The beach was wonderfully quiet and the location is so accessible to anywhere you might want to go.Also.the owners were extremely easy to deal with. We would highly reccomend this rental to anyone and have already told several of our friends about it. We will be back!!!

This is the perfect place to stay nice and quiet beach vacation just a short drive one way to Daytona and the other way to ST.Augustine. If you stay here eat at Larrys Giant Subs The best ever!! Property was clean and well maintained. Condo was great, Beautiful views of sunrise over the ocean!! One of the best beach vacations I have ever had absolutely beautiful beach.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this condo. It is so quiet and the beach goes on forever. We picked a ton of shells and even saw two large stingray in the water. Daytona is close by with lots of activities. I loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves at night!
