The apartment has a queen murphy bed (which is a high quality platform and very comfortable, and a queen futon sleep sofa of excellent quality for comfortable sleeping. It is unhosted. You will feel as though you are a resident of Boston. It can be rented nightly and weekly in the spring, summer and fall and monthly in the winter as a Boston short-term rental. The building offers a laundry room and bicycle storage. It is a five-minute walk to the subway at Fenway and five minutes to Fenway Park. Many hospitals, museums and colleges are within a ten-minute walk. Boston's Freedom Trail and Public Gardens are within a ten-minute ride by subway. Attractions within a ten-minute walk include: Fenway Park, Longwood Medical Area, Museum of Fine Arts and Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
