Beats the high cost of Boston hotel rooms!

This apartment exceeded my expectations. The first thing I noticed is how clean it was. That's really important in my book. It's roomier than it looks; even when the Murphy bed is down and the futon is open, there is room to do exercises on the floor between them. :) Lots of windows make it feel more spacious. The bathroom is small, but functional; same with kitchen. There are lots of extra towels and linens. I didn't see a hair dryer, but maybe it was in the closet with the iron and ironing board. The location is wonderful! You can walk to many parts of the city, but public transportation is nearby, too. Only downside is sirens from nearby hospitals, which we noticed because we had the windows open at night. Maybe in the winter or with air conditioner running you wouldn't hear them. I will stay here again if it's available on my next visit to Boston.

By far the best asset of this property is location.

The appartment has a great location, walking distance to the Hospitals areas, Fenway T station, Best Buy, Staples, Shaws, Bed Bath and Beyond, Starbucks, MFA. By far the best asset of this property is location. The Building is nice, silent, nice windows, lots of washing and drying machines. The bed is nice and comfortable, the lines are in good conditions, almost like new. The kitchen is fully equipped and lost of room for food storage. I will recommend it just for 2 persons. Overall it was a great place, my Wife and I really enjoyed it.

This apartment was spotless with a good supply of fairly new clean towels and linens. Very handy to the metro, 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

I booked this in lieu of a hotel while attending a conference at Longwood. My wife and I were amazed at how comfortable the bed was! We enjoyed being in a neighborhood and walking to restaurants. I highly reccommend "Church," a restaurant/bar within walking distance.

My husband and I stayed for a few nights late September. The studio was comfortable, very conveniently located and I would highly recommend it. Hope to stay again when next in Boston.

Great location - walking distance to Fenway Park and T

Guest: Nettie (Charleston, SC)

I stayed here the last weekend in August with my sister. It's in a great location within walking distance to Fenway Park - which was great for me as a baseball fan and since I was able to attend a game. It's also close to a T station on the green line making it easy to get around to other parts of the city. And it's within walking distance of a Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, Panera, and Fenway sports bars. The space is comparable to a hotel room, plus there is a full kitchen if you need it. I only noticed sirens during the day - we ran the A/C at night to reduce noise from outside. The building is quiet and we only saw a couple of residents each time we were coming and going. The company we booked with checked on us as we were there the same weekend Irene was planned to hit. They even stopped by with a flashlight and water for us. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially a baseball fan!

GREAT PLACE!!

We stayed in this appartment for one week and it was wonderful! The appartment is very nice, clean, and has everything we needed. Even extra pillows, bath towels and blankets. I was surprissed to find an iron and board and a hair dryer! It is close to most colleges in the area, walking distance from Berklee, MFA, Feenway Park and touristic areas, the harvard medical school and hospitals, etc. No need to bring more than your clothes! but what about groceries? well, it is also in a walking distance from many restaurant and the supermarket -Shwans is across the street ( another nice surpice: I found a foldable grocery car in the closset!). We would definitely come back there again the next time.

Foreign Tourists

My wife & I wanted somewhere which was convenient for public transport. We did not want to hire a car, because we come from England where driving is on the left. The apartment was very suitable for our needs, and we appreciated being able to cook, although we also ate out at least once every day. Public transport is amazingly cheap by UK standards, 15$ Charlie card for one week (a lot cheaper than even the gas for a car!).Only downside for us was that it was very hot (last week in May) and the air-con did not get the temp. down to a comfortable level. It was also somewhat noisy from emergency vehicles. We think that it would be crowded for four adults, unless they were family or close friends.

My daughter and I loved this location...Close to public transportation and Fenway. We had originally thought of renting a car, glad we decided against it. It seemed more spacious than the pictures show. The murphy bed was very comfortable, and the space itself was roomy enough for the 2 of us. We would definately stay here again.

It is really close to touristic areas, the harvard medical school and hospitals ( I was there for a fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital). It is also in a walking distance from many restaurant and supermarket. I would definitely stay there again the next time I come to Boston.

Great apartment, super convenient

Stayed here for 3 nights while in Boston for a conference. The apartment was clean, comfortably furnished, and the bed was surprisingly comfy. It was also extremely convenient -- within walking distance to most of the things I needed. Will probably stay here again when I come back next year, and I would recommend it to anyone else who's looking for a place to stay in Boston.

So much better than staying in a hotel!

Knowing we would be relying on public transportation and our feet, we wanted something within a couple of blocks of a "T" station. It was important for us to have an elevator because my husband's knee occasionally flares up. This was one of the few (if not the only) rentals I saw with an elevator. We stayed here for 5 nights in late October 2010. Our first night of sleep was fitful, due to the traffic noise we are not used to-especially sirens and horns blaring. After a stop at BB&B for a sound machine, all was well the rest of the time. **In the summer with an A/C unit or the winter with a radiator going, this is probably not an issue. We never heard any neighbors playing loud music. Frankly, with the exception of footsteps from the upstairs neighbor, the building was very quiet. We forgot that we were in between two college campuses! The location of this unit could not be any better for convenience sake; a grocery store, BB&B, ice cream, Panera, and even a brewpub were all within a short walk. The amenities were great. There were cleaning products, napkins/paper towels, all linens, pots/pans/utensils, coffee filters & sugar/sweetener packets, and salt & pepper. While there is a laundry facility in the building, the minimum purchase is $5. To wash or dry clothes, it cost $1.30. The staff at the management company was very easy to work with. We received the mailbox key weeks prior to our trip, with plenty of instruction on how to get in and who to contact if we couldn't. This experience was such a positive one for us that we are going to seek out rentals in other cities when we travel. It was a much more relaxing and homey feeling to come back to an apartment and fix dinner, or start the day with a relaxing breakfast than to have to eat out every meal.

We loved staying here. Walking through the courtyard gave us time to wind down after each busy day. The apartment was cozy and clean and an excellent value for the money. Restaurants and the grocery store were within blocks and the subway to downtown was a quick ride. I highly recommend this apartment.

We love the condo. We research at BU, attend Baseball games and both are wakable. We love the kitchen to save money on on restaurant budget. It is clean comfortable and everything works well including the WIFI. The bike room is wonderful and we find biking in the area pleasant with a park across the street. It is near the subway so we quickly get to Beacon Hill and other fun areas. THis place is a real bargain. Danielle
