We took my parents to the house for a weekend getaway and it was perfect from the house to the weather. Great owners and everything was well organized. Would love to stay again.

We could not have asked for a better house for our weekend trip. It was beautiful both inside and out! There were 6 of us staying there and it was absolutely perfect. The location was great and the owners were very easy to work with. We would stay here again for sure!

This home was better than when we first saw it. Even the sunken living room and backyard felt bigger We stayed the last weekend in April and had friends come and go, while five of them stayed over. Everybody enjoyed the brunch and barbecue in the backyard, not to mention the 4 minute drive to the ocean or the 20 minute walk into town. Everything worked and everything was new and spotless. The wet bar well it should be called the marble bar was a special treat with its own ice maker. The two additional places to eat besides the dining room were also appreciated. Lots of windows made the place sunny and even on a dark stormy Sunday morning we didn't need to put any lights on. The outdoors are incredibly spacious and peaceful. Barbara, the owner, was so gracious, we must have called her at least 10 times with questions and she was always available. If we could we would definitely spend at least a month in her home. And yes, the place looks better in real life!!! Especially the fireplace in the living room. Our guests loved the digital TV's in the two bedrooms. And we enjoyed the fireplace in the master bedroom. Thank you Barbara and Peter for making this one of our best birthdays ever.

The house was a perfect fit for a relaxing weekend getaway for friends. We went in the off-season and still had the chance to enjoy the pool and amount of space the house offers. The location is centrally located to town, beaches, and mansions. Just a short jog or bike ride away. Such a refreshing home in a cute little town.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at your house. The location was great, providing easy access to town and the beach. The fenced-in backyard was great for privacy and enjoying the patio.

We spent a long weekend in this home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Family gathered from three different states for a cousins wedding and the house was perfect for us as an alternative to hotel rooms. The furnishings were comfortable, kitchen well equiped, pool was delightful, and the weather cooperated too! Thanks for a allowing us to spend a memorable weekend in your beautiful home.

My colleages and myself rented the house as a weekend getaway. We totally did not expect the house or the property to look so exceptional. The pool was the biggest surprised. Its heated, Deep and has lights. We stayed in the pool the whole weekend even when it rained. We all really enjoyed ourselves.Plus, everything is there down to the pots to cook Fresh Long Island corn with. The house has all the amenties that you would need like Stereo, fire-wood, Towels, dish detergent and even a dish washer. We loved it and will be back next year.

This charming home comes as advertised. It is strategically located one mile west of the village, very convenient to shopping and dining. The house was very clean, warm, and homey. The house had a comfortable lay-out with a sunken living room that served as the focal point. The home as well as Southampton certainly afford oneself the abiltiy to "get off the merry-go-round" and forget about life for awhile. I highly recommend the experience.

I was delighted with the rental of this home for a week in May as a base for a family gathering. It was a perfect place to relax, visit, have family meals and play board games. Weather did not permit use of the pool or BBQ at this time of year but the house was comfortable, well furnished, had a good floor plan and a well equiped kitchen. The house is set back from the road on a nice sized lot with mature landscaping and privacy. Traffic noise was not noticable and the location was very convient to town with all its services and the cinemas were just up the street. The owners are perfect hosts, very helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

My friends and I stayed at this home for New Years Eve, we wanted something relaxing and peaceful where we could sip wine by a fireplace. This 3 bedroom ranch was perfect. Each bedroom had touches of tranquility and comfort and the home was the right size for us to feel cozy but not confined. The hostess was gracious and the location unbeatable. Although we never used the fireplaces nor the inground stone layed pool we took advantage of the comfortable sunken living room. What a great retreat!!
