  We arrived late Friday night after driving up from the Bay area. Pulled up to the entrance and was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello by the bellman. I walked up to the front desk provided my confirmation number and last name and was provided keys and information. Bell service carried luggage up to the room and upon arrival into the room we were pleased with the condo. Freshly remodeled with warm colors and fabrics. The condo as well as the amenities (hot tubs, pools, fitness center, shops and restaurants) are top shelf. Great to see the Resort work well with private owners to allow for a great experience by the guest. The check-in, stay and check-out process was seamless. I would definitely recommend this owner's unit as well as stay again myself!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  This is my first time renting from an owner and it was a great experience. All the units have standard furnishings so I knew what to expect. I received a great deal by renting directly from the owner. The resort is truly a luxury resort and I can't wait to go back again. Also the owner let me do a late check out so we had a full day there. Sheila

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

  Good price & Squaw Creek is nice. The drawback is that this is a condo owned by a private owner & not Squaw Creek thus the normal Squaw Creek level of service is not provided. This translates to NO daily room cleaning, fresh sheets/towels, soap/shampoo, coffee refresh, vacuum cleaner, clean dishes, or someone to do a basic bathroom tidy up. Our family would certainly stay at Squaw Creek in the future, yet not in this condo. The price is very enticing, yet the catch is the lack of basic resort housekeeping and services.

  Owner response: Dear Guest, As it was stated (in bold letters) in your rental agreement and in your confirmation e-mail there is no daily housekeeping provided only departure cleaning is provided. However housekeeping will pick up garbage on a daily basis. As a result, we are able to pass on lower prices to our customers. If we would provide daily housekeeping we would have to charge same rates as the Resort which are generally 30% higher. However for an extra fee you are able to receive daily housekeeping services. Also all of guests have access to exact same amenities as hotel guests. Thank you again for your business and I apologize for your misunderstanding of rental terms.
