Relax and enjoy this cozy beach house with pivate pool which also has spa jets, waterfall and ledge seating. Underneath house in carport area there is an outdoor shower- great for rinsing off from the beach. Ideal for family vacations or reunions. 2200 square foot beach home with open floor plan. Three-story beach home one block from the beach, with ocean views from one side and marsh and intercoastal waterway from the other. Walking distance (2 blocks)to several restaurants, bars, shopping area, and county park. There is a golf cart available for your use, but you must read and sign a release of liability waiver form and follow the golf cart rules.
First floor has spacious living room, dining area, and den. Attached screened in porch with patio furniture/grill.
Second floor has master bedroom with private bath also has small secluded balcony. This room has a king-size bed, TV/VCR/DVD player. Two other bedrooms (one room has a queen-size bed the other has a double) shared second bathroom on this floor.
Third floor is a loft with a queen-size bed on one side and two twin beds on the other. Great views of intercoastal waterway from this room, also has small TV.

Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms
Carolina Blvd is a great part of the island. We have views of the ocean and like to listen to the sounds of the ocean on the back porch. From the front of the house we have views of the creek and the Cooper River Bridge as well as wonderful sunsets. We also have a deep water dock that is about a block away that gives us access to the creeks and fishing. This part of the island is thinner than most of the island so it gives you visability of both sides of the island.The friendly atmosphere of the neighborhood only adds to this house. Whenever we stay at this house we feel like we are on vacation as well.
This is the main downtown area or front beach. It is within easy walking distance of the home. It has a county park, unique shops and is a central part of the Isle of Palms.
Very nice upscale restaurant and only minutes away. Reservations recommended. Also next door you can rent boats & jetskis as well.
Local grocery & market. If you prefer to go to a larger store simply go back across the connector bridge and take your 1st left into the Seaside Farms and you will see the Piggly Wiggly on your left o
Has fishing charters, restaurants, boat docks, jetski rentals, parasailing and a cute old timey country store where you can get most items you might need.
There are 2 courses to choose from at Wild Dunes Golf & Resort. The Harbor course which goes thru Wild Dunes and along the Marsh or the Ocean Course which goes along the ocean side. The Harbor course
This rec. center has a full baseball, soccer, tennis court, work out room, playset, dog exercise area and picnic tables free to public for access.
This water park is only about 10 miles away from the house and has a swimming pool with a beach/shallow end for toddlers and toddler slides, a deeper area and large waterslide for adults & older kids,

We are a local family that enjoys the beach and outdoor fun. As of the writing of this (2009) we have a 3 and 6 year old Our house is well suited for people with small kids. You will find toys, playset, swimming pool, movies & books, beach toys, a crib & high chair that we have left there for our guest to use and make their vacation comfortable.
