Completely and beautifully restored inside and outside from hurricanes Ivan and Dennis; Summerwind resort at Navarre Beach is the ultimate in comfort, tranquility, and beauty. This condominium is professionally decorated, and the kitchen is stocked by a passionate Louisiana cook. FREE high speed internet (ETHERNET) AND/OR WIRELESS connection is provided as well as a FREE set of beach chairs with umbrella. Additional sets can be rented daily or weekly. Beach chair service is NOT available Nov. 1- March 1.
6 TOTAL BEDS--- Every room including the bunk has a digital TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds, Books, Games and movies are stocked for rainy days. Bikes, kayaks, fishing gear, jet ski's, etc. can be rented across the street.
There are two large groceries located back across the bridge as well as a nearby WalMart. A zoo and a skate park are also across the bay bridge along with several fast food restaurants. Volleyball games daily at Juana's. Enjoy a sunset dinner at Sailor's Grill or the ballgame at Cocodrie's.
A large balcony overlooks the beautiful turquoise gulf of Mexico. See the wonderful view from both the living area and the master bedroom. Bunk room has a view of the bay.

Owner Description
My husband and I thought about buying in Destin, and then we got stuck in traffic. We discovered low key beautiful and affordable Navarre Beach when Summerwinds was being build in 2001.
We never looked back. All was rebuilt after hurricane Ivan destroyed us, but all is new and beautiful once again since 2006.
Why the Owner Chose Summerwind
We love the serenity of Navarre Beach. It truly has been the "best kept secret in Florida".
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
I could spend all day, everyday of my life looking at the beautiful sand and gulf, and I love my daily jaunts to pick up sea shells. I probably get about a mop bucket full a day!
