  FABULOUS property. 10 of us stayed and we were more than comfortable. The location was perfect lots of nearby restaurants, shops, and quiki grocery. A real treasure to have such a quiet area to relax with the seperate pool and grilling Palapa. Yet so close to the main hotel's pool, waterslide, beach and spa. You cant beat it!!

  We have just returned from beautiful Grand Marina Villas. We stayed in this villa during our first week as we had two other couples and our single friend staying with us. We loved this unit and found everyone to be very helpful. If you have a group traveling with you this villa is perfect. It was so nice to be able to walk outside and sit at the picnic table to have breakfast. You are steps away from the pool. This grounds at GMV are simply beautiful ....the gardners are out every day and the staff is out cleaning the pool area all the time. This is a wonderful place to rent for a family vacation or like us..friends that love to travel together. The separate baths with the bedrooms make this ideal. We had a lovely stay.

  My husband and I have never been to PVR, so this was a Bucket List place for us to visit. We spent the week with fantastic friends and brought in the New Year at the Mayan Resort down on the ocean beach front and the most incredible fireworks we've ever seen. The next day started an incredible journey in PVR. I could not imagine a more perfect way to bring in the New Year than to feel the peaceful breeze and fresh air as the boats come in and out of the Marina...all from the comfort of our bedroom, that is! The Villa was more than perfect, our room was spacious with picture window, private balcony and our own bathroom. I lost count on how many bedrooms were at the Villa, but I understand that many families bring their whole family to stay at the villa for special occasions and vacation time. I loved that the Villa was very centrally located; we walked next door to the mall and other amenities like the gym, golf and my massage were mere blocks away. The Villa staff was very helpful and the guards at the front gate always made us feel welcomed and safe because they were very much aware who was coming in to the property. Even in the wee hours of the morning after a night long of partying, the guard recognized us and then warmly welcomed us home. I could go on and on about our trip to San Sebastian, the gorgeous sun sets on the bay, the boat trip and that life-long memory we have from the Dolphin adventure where we got to spend an hour with two of God's greatest animals...but most of all, outside of the quiet and comfortable time we spent at the Villa, I'll only mention that the food was absolutely divine! Great restaurants and the recipe for the PVR margarita should be patented! We hope to go again and really enjoyed our time in PVR.

  Four couples stayed in this beautiful condo in February. With 4 bedrooms and 5 baths, there was plenty of room and privacy. The kitchen is fully equiped and big enough for multiple cooks. We enjoyed eating on the patio with the view of the marina. There is a small shopping center with a grocery store and bank just outside of the villas which was quite convenient. The beach is an easy 5-minute walk from the villa or you can take the shuttle. Loved sitting on the beach in the provided lounge chairs under the palapas and having drinks delivered to us. Some of us took advantage of the gym while the rest of the group enjoyed massages at the spa--what a treat! The owner made sure we had everything needed. Rafael checked with us on both the first and last day to welcome us and invite us back. We would definitely stay here again!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

  What a great stay. This our second time at this condo. Adults only this year. Plenty of room for four couples. The property and accomodations clean and well maintained.Ralph was there to greet us when we arrived. Had recommendations for dinner places. Fajhita Republic was good and a fun place. Etc. on the beach, also good for lunch. A short taxi ride to Bucerias and you are at Karen's, Mark's or Eva's Brickhouse. Great food. The walks on the beach were good at low tide. The beach bar service was excellent. I would highly reccomend this condo to family and friends.

  My wife and I and our adult children and their families stayed at this 4 bedroom villa May 15-22, 2010 and couldn't have been happier with the accomodations. It worked perfectly for our famility. The villa was well maintained and furnished, It was exactly as depicted in the listing. Nelinda and Raphael were great hosts and very helpful in making the reservation. The nearby Paradise Village beach club at the Playa Royale was great with an excellent restaurant, pool, towel service, locker room and beach. We had an outstanding meal at the nearby Fajita Republic restaurant and highly recommend it. We will likely return to this villa for a future family vacation and would recommend it to anyone looking for large comfortable accomodations at a great beach.

  We spent 8 glorious days at this villa in 2010. Spacious, luxurious, and comfortable are all apropos is describing this beautiful mansion. Fifty feet to the pool and hot tub, well-appointed and incredibly maintained, this is more than anyone would expect. Walking distance to restaurants and a shopping mall as well. Great for couples or families, There is plenty to do and see.

  We rented for January 16 to 30 2010. We recommend GMV5102. It is a clean,quiet,luxury accomodation It is close to beaches and amenities, restaurants and shopping. We have already booked for next year.
