Ready to rent this beautiful new condo with spectacular views, spacious with new furnishings, decorated that very tastefully done,comfortable and kid friendly.
Our condo is very close to the elevator of which there are four. Pools can be seen from our balcony. Parking underground on 4 levels. The lobby, office, game room, spacious fitness center, hot tubs and pools are all on the 5th level.
Lot's of great restaurants, shopping, golf, parasailing, amusement parks nearby, area for fishing on nearby piers. Charters boats or rentals are also available close by. Shell island is not far. You can also look for shells right in front of your condo. The local fishing pier is 1/2 mile away along with Gulf World with Dolphin and sea lion shows and Funland Amusement.
View the most beautiful sunsets on your private balcony. Have your camera ready. Whether your cooking in the kitchen or eating in the dining room, watching TV,or playing games in the living room you can view the gulf from where you are. The living room and master bedroom have their own private entrance to the balcony. There is a large oversized roman tub in the master bath room.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has nice bunk beds, lower is a double futon. Televisions in all bedrooms with cable, DVD or VCR. Some movies, games available also.
Personal chairs and umbrella in the condo are available for your use on the beach as well as a few beach toys.
PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Book with credit card number, send deposit of $300 and $300 security fee check not to be deposited, final payment due 60 days before arrival. If cancelled after final payment is made $300 deposit will be applied to your next stay in our condo. There will be a 10% cancellation fee on remaining refund.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
We bought this condo when it was still just sand. We are from Texas close to the gulf but there is nothing like the sugary white sands and aqua blue waters of Panama City Beach. Plus my sister and her family live there as well. We decorated our condo from Texas and took it to Panama City Beach. We do love Panama City Beach with all it's amenities.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Convenience of your location: it’s a short walk to the beach, a 5-minute drive to a shopping district called Pier Park. About 4 miles from a Super Walmart.
Parking is under the condo complex for easy access to the beach as well as the condo. We love to get up early, have a cup of coffee on the balcony right out the masterbedroom, watch the calm waters go in and out, people beginning to do their walking exercise. Walking on the beach while it is quite is very relaxing as well as good exercise.
Turn left on Hill go to Front Beach Rd and turn right Sunrise Condominium on beach side
Turn left into the garage under condo. You get there before you get to the front of condo.

Walter and Joyce Larsen, love to travel, stay in our condo, go to church with our children and grandchildren, and play with them, love to cruise especially Alaska. Take groups with us when possible. We are retired except for being owners of Joyous Travel Agency which brings us joy. We are busy in our church and love our friends that we have through our church as well as Bible Study. This condo is so very nice. It is exactly what you see in the virtual tour; clean, serene; comfortable, uncluttered; soundproof; and very accomodating. This location made our trip especially nice. When it was time to go in from the beach we still had something nice to look forward to. The view was GRAND! We will stay here again. Joyce was very patient with making our reservation and when we arrived at the condo. You won't regret staying here I'm sure.
