Amazing for watching sunsets, this beautiful 1 bedroom condo is located in the "A" building with a spectacular oceanfront view of the Atlantic Ocean. Conveniently located in the center of it all, this condominium offers easy access to all of Myrtle Beach's main attractions. Whether your love is for the beaches, the golf courses, or fun family activities...... Everything is just a step away.
In a gated community with 24 hour security, this well manicured resort is spread over 33 gorgeous acres of property. This self contained paradise offers six swimming pools, including two indoors, four Jacuzzis, three saunas, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, and a brand new lazy river and children's water park. There is also a fully-equipped playground and arcade games for children.
Within minutes of the condo, there are a variety of activities for people of all ages and interests. The resort is within minutes of hundreds of restaurants, seven golf courses, two piers, four malls, four amusement parks, night clubs and music theaters, thousands of specialty shops, and a variety of other entertainment facilities.
This condo has been totally remodeled and redecorated. This includes a newly redesigned kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. The living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa and rocking chair. The unit has a fully remodeled tile bathroom including a granite countertop. The master bedroom has been redecorated with new linens, curtains and a 20" flat screen television.
The air conditioning unit has been replaced with a new Trane unit. The balcony has been repainted and updated with a new railing. A weather station has been installed in the living room along with a stereo. The DVD and novel collections have also been added to for your enjoyment while staying with us. There are four Nautica beach chairs and a collection of sand toys in the condo to make your trip more enjoyable.

Why the Owner Chose Myrtle Beach Resort
I purchased the condo for a few reasons. First, I wanted a place on the beach that I could escape the cold of the north and relax. Second, the resort’s 24 hour security along with its vast range of activities and well manicured grounds were perfect. Last but not least the oceanfront location was indescribable. Pictures do not do the view justice. From the first day I stepped on the balcony and saw dolphins playing in the surf, I was sold. The sunrises and sunsets from the balcony are amazing.

Not many other resorts have 34 acres at their guest’s disposal. Six pools, a heated lazy river, miles of beach, tennis & volleyball courts, a playground, barbeque grills, gym facilities, and hot tubs are just some of the great amenities that guests can enjoy while staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort.

This is a lovely well equipped one bedroom unit. It was very clean and had a nice large shower. Kelly was very helpful and telephoned us to confirm details. The unit has a lovely balcony and is a perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We have stayed in the renaissance tower before and preferred this location as there was never any wait for the elevators. We liked the proximity to the beach and had a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort for the past several years, and this unit was by far the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. It is very well kept, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need.The oceanfront view was absolutely wonderful. Stayed in this unit with my daughter, Mother, Aunt and Great Aunt. My daughter's softball team had a tournament this week so the entire ball-team was at this property. The unit itself was perfect for us. Very clean, kitchen was supplied with everything we needed plus. View from balcony can't be beat. The elder women could stay on the balcony, read their books but still see us at the pool or beach. The property is perfect for young kids/teenagers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Some friends of ours own a condo in the Myrtle Beach Resort, and recommended we try and find a unit the week of their stay. I decided to check out VRBO, and found some nice pictures and description for this particular property. I inquired about the availability of this unit, and received a very prompt response from the owners. My questions were answered, and felt very good about sending in our deposit. When checking into the unit, I was a little early (before the stated check-in time), and was greeted by a nice woman holding a bottle of Windex on her hand, who advised me that they still had to mop before the unit would be ready, but it would definitely be ready by the check-in time. When we did get in, I couldn't believe how CLEAN the place was! I know it is hard to keep an ocean front unit (or any beach unit for that matter) clean, but this place was incredible! The owners and their cleaning staff obviously take great pride in this unit. We are very particular and picky when it comes to hotels, and/or condos as far as feeling comfortable, but this place was a home away from home. In addition to the great decor, paint, tile, DVDs, books, etc, they had all sorts of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc.. In fact, the first night we decided to order pizza, and when we got home (I mean back to the condo), I noticed the pizza wasn't cut all the way through...I thought, "I wonder if they have a pizza cutter?".. .Well, yep, they did!! We are already thinking about next year, and would love to be a repeat customer in this unit. I wish I could say something negative about this place, just to increase my chances of it being available next summer, but in good conscious I can't! Don't hesitate! Rent this one now!!!!!

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo in May and it really was such a pleasure to spend our vacation there. The view of the ocean is so relaxing and breathtaking. The condo is very well kept, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and furnished and it's equipped with all the appliances you need. My husband and I would go every morning for a walk on the beach, lie by the pool during the day or by the beach, and enjoy happy hour with great music at the beach bar by the ocean. We love the resort as well and the staff is so very friendly and helpful. There are so many places to eat and places to entertain everyone within minutes of the resort. This is a must for anyone looking to enjoy the beach and all it has to offer without the hassle and the noise of traffic. I definitely recommend this condo and we would love to stay there again next year. Welcome to tropical paradise a vacation to remember year after year!! Thank you Kelly and Doug for a wonderful time! This was our 2nd time at the resort and Doug and Kelly's condo was very comfortableThe upgrades in the condo were as they described them - very nice. The view is beautiful and we saw some dolphins from the balcony on the last day.Kelly was very easy to contact and arrange our stay.We are looking forward to next year and maybe introducing family to the resort. We came back to this unit for a second year because the unit is clean, well appointed, and has a great view of the beach. MBR is well positioned for golf at the southern end of MB with easy access to Pawley's Island and Murrells Inlet. We are a retired couple who tire quickly of the NH snow. Feb is an iffy month weather wise in MB, but we were fairly lucky and except for the first week, this was a great time for golf. Reasonable greens fees and easy access. Golf'd so much we didn't even walk the beach. We'd highly recommend this unit, but we don't want anybody else to scoop up such a nice gem for winter golf.
