The overall facility and grounds were very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The condo was up to our standards, well equiped and felt like home away from home. I would recommend this condo to everyone, and we are certainly looking forward to returning next year.

Some friends of ours own a condo in the Myrtle Beach Resort, and recommended we try and find a unit the week of their stay. I decided to check out VRBO, and found some nice pictures and description for this particular property. I inquired about the availability of this unit, and received a very prompt response from the owners. My questions were answered, and felt very good about sending in our deposit. When checking into the unit, I was a little early (before the stated check-in time), and was greeted by a nice woman holding a bottle of Windex on her hand, who advised me that they still had to mop before the unit would be ready, but it would definitely be ready by the check-in time. When we did get in, I couldn't believe how CLEAN the place was! I know it is hard to keep an ocean front unit (or any beach unit for that matter) clean, but this place was incredible! The owners and their cleaning staff obviously take great pride in this unit. We are very particular and picky when it comes to hotels, and/or condos as far as feeling comfortable, but this place was a home away from home. In addition to the great decor, paint, tile, DVDs, books, etc, they had all sorts of cookware, dishes, glasses, etc.. In fact, the first night we decided to order pizza, and when we got home (I mean back to the condo), I noticed the pizza wasn't cut all the way through...I thought, "I wonder if they have a pizza cutter?".. .Well, yep, they did!! We are already thinking about next year, and would love to be a repeat customer in this unit. I wish I could say something negative about this place, just to increase my chances of it being available next summer, but in good conscious I can't! Don't hesitate! Rent this one now!!!!!

Stayed in this unit with my daughter, Mother, Aunt and Great Aunt. My daughter's softball team had a tournament this week so the entire ball-team was at this property. The unit itself was perfect for us. Very clean, kitchen was supplied with everything we needed plus. View from balcony can't be beat. The elder women could stay on the balcony, read their books but still see us at the pool or beach. The property is perfect for young kids/teenagers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

This is a lovely well equipped one bedroom unit. It was very clean and had a nice large shower. Kelly was very helpful and telephoned us to confirm details. The unit has a lovely balcony and is a perfect size for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We have stayed in the renaissance tower before and preferred this location as there was never any wait for the elevators. We liked the proximity to the beach and had a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at Myrtle Beach Resort for the past several years, and this unit was by far the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. It is very well kept, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen was supplied with everything you need.The oceanfront view was absolutely wonderful. This was our 2nd time at the resort and Doug and Kelly's condo was very comfortableThe upgrades in the condo were as they described them - very nice. TROPICAL PARADISE WITH A BREATHTAKING OCEAN VIEW

My husband and I rented this beautiful condo in May and it really was such a pleasure to spend our vacation there. The view of the ocean is so relaxing and breathtaking. The condo is very well kept, clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and furnished and it's equipped with all the appliances you need. My husband and I would go every morning for a walk on the beach, lie by the pool during the day or by the beach, and enjoy happy hour with great music at the beach bar by the ocean. We love the resort as well and the staff is so very friendly and helpful. There are so many places to eat and places to entertain everyone within minutes of the resort. This is a must for anyone looking to enjoy the beach and all it has to offer without the hassle and the noise of traffic. I definitely recommend this condo and we would love to stay there again next year. Welcome to tropical paradise a vacation to remember year after year!! Thank you Kelly and Doug for a wonderful time! Great golf spot

We came back to this unit for a second year because the unit is clean, well appointed, and has a great view of the beach. MBR is well positioned for golf at the southern end of MB with easy access to Pawley's Island and Murrells Inlet. We are a retired couple who tire quickly of the NH snow. Feb is an iffy month weather wise in MB, but we were fairly lucky and except for the first week, this was a great time for golf. Reasonable greens fees and easy access. Golf'd so much we didn't even walk the beach. We'd highly recommend this unit, but we don't want anybody else to scoop up such a nice gem for winter golf.

Stayed for the entire month of Feb for golf. Weather was cooler than usual this year, but this condo made up for the weather. Could watch people make snowmen on the beach. Exactly as described. Comfortable, clean and well decorated. This was our first dealing with VRBO and after this experience, I'd definitely use VRBO again. Only drawback to this unit was the guest book in the condo was already filled with wonderful comments. Hard to add much more. I'd recommend this unit and would rent again. Owner interface was great.

Kelly & Doug's condo was perfect for our family vacation. We have two young children and they loved being able to see the ocean and the pool even when they were resting in the room. The condo itself was in a great location near elevators and had a beautiful view. Kelly & Doug went above and beyond for us to make sure we had a great week and we truly appreciate it. This condo was lovely and has a great view. The description is all true!! Very clean and updated. I would not hestiate staying there again, actually it is the only place I would like to stay. My parents were in the towers which they enjoyed but the towers over looks the bar and can get pretty loud at night. This unit was just perfect, if you like to hear the waves and enjoy the tranquility, this is the place for you. MBR has so much to do for the kids. My family has been vacationing at the MB resort for 10 years. We have stayed in other units over the years. We have stayed at Kelly and Doug's condo three times. This condo is so lovely and immaculately clean. It has everything anyone could ever wish for. All our stays have been most memorable. This year, in particular, tops all our stays as our daughter and her boyfriend became engaged at the shore of the beach directly in front of Doug and Kelly's condo! They will be married July 2010. It was truly awesome and will always hold a special place in our hearts. You must stay in their place to appreciate it - the view from their balcony is phenomenal. We will stay there again and again in the future. We all love it.

Kelly and Doug, Your home away from home was everything I had hoped for. Clean, very updated, and the best view of the Grand Strand. This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach in 20 years and I WILL be back next year. I love how the resort is just far enough away from the chaos of downtown but still right in the middle of everything. April '09 was our second stay in Kelly & Doug's oceanfront condo and we plan to return in '10. There is nothing more relaxing than having coffee while watching the sunrise (maybe a glass of wine at sunset). We loved our stay in this condo. This was our first trip to Mrytle Beach and we hope we can stay here again. The view is amazing. I watched the sunrise every morning from the balcony. The unit is clean and comfortable. Kelly and Doug went out of their way to make sure our visit was enjoyable-they are wonderful and very nice people. There are so many amenities at the resort, that you really don't have to go anywhere to have fun-just walk outside! We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

This year was our 4th at the Myrtle Beach Resort and I can say without a doubt that this was the BEST condo we have stayed in there...Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient to everything the resort has to offer. The condo is decorated great and was absolutely sparkling clean!! Plenty of towels, great kitchen appliances and cookware, even had movies for us to watch during our evenings. The condo was even nicer than the description and photos. It is spacious enough to very comfortably accomodate 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Our first visit to Myrtle Beach (with three kids) was a great experience. I would say relaxing, but who can with three kids? The condo was impressive and surprisingly comfortable for 5 people. Also the resort and the beach provided enough opportunity to keep the kids busy. We hope to return to your condo in the near future.

We spent a week in this beautiful condo and had a wonderful time. The condo is immaculate and beautiful decorated. It's literally steps to the beach. The resort itself is close to everything shopping, golf, resturants...... We can't wait to return for another fun filled week this summer.
