This lovely four bedroom home has over 2600 square feet of living space plus a two car garage and a spacious front porch. Hardwood floors and new carpeting throughout. Winter mountain views from the huge front porch with swing and chairs. A newly decorated family home with hardwood floors,a gas log fireplace, sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, 32" TV and wet bar, and a new shower and bath has been added in the upstairs master bedroom. Two large master bedrooms, one up and one down give flexibility for all size families.

Located in just outside of Brevard in Pisgah Forest near Dupont National Forest Park and Pisgah National Forest. This area is nicknamed the "Land of Waterfalls" with over 75 nearby; and only a five minute drive from Brevard College and 10 minutes from the world famous Brevard Music Center.
An upgraded kitchen with new counters and smooth-top cook surface, two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, and extra large fridge. A dinette table with four chairs and sitting area with single sleeper, antique armoire and TV allow plenty of flexibility in this area. Off the kitchen is the formal dining room with all new furnishings including hutch, table and six chairs. A family room with sofa,two chairs, rocker, and large fireplace. A large master bedroom upstairs and downstairs with three bedrooms up. Upstairs is a desk with wireless high speed access at no cost.

  • This property is very comfortable. We stayed for one week and loved it! There was plenty of room for my four children to play, both inside and out. It is very nicely decorated, with lots of places to sleep. The kitchen was very well-equipped. We will definitely try to stay here again if we come to visit the mountains.

  • 21 Aberdeen is a great house. It's a very relaxing and secluded the perfect getaway. Just minutes away from dowtown Brevard and a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We were there for the White Squirrel Festival. Main St. is closed to cars and several bands played. Also, as an avid cyclist, I would highly recommend this home as this is a great place for cycling and also on the parkway. All in all if you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing get away from the hectic pace of everyday life, this home is perfect
